Disgusting staff. There was no moisturizer in the hotel at the time of check in. At the time of checkout I was questioned where is the moisturizer. If you are staying in the hotel, ensure you take an inventory with hotel staff the time of check-in so that they do not blame you for missing items at the time of checkout.

We had a marvellous stay at The Emerald Hotel and Executive Apartments! Impeccable service, spacious rooms, and a warm, welcoming staff made our visit truly memorable. Great cullinary and food service experience. The housekeeping, the reception and the whole FNB staff was great and always ready to help. We experience the Best dosa live cooking, all the good indian traditional authentic indian food. We were treated like family rather than guest, which we couldn’t ask for more. Based on our hospitality experience, we consider that this hotel should be rated as a five star hotel and we are looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The room was outdated, with old furniture that appears untouched for over 15 years plus. No duvet covers are provided, which is unhygienic and unacceptable. Toilet water prayed outside when flushed. Construction work on adjacent to the hotel I accidentally broke a drinking glass, and the hotel charged me for a replacement—clearly prioritising profit over guest experience. I would recommend avoiding this hotel. The staff, including the Duty Manager, are unhelpful and incapable of making decisions, simply hiding behind "Company Policy."

The hotel room was spacious (apartment like) and really frill free. one of those old places just holding on having seen better days. That said it has a great location in the city and helpful staff, we were staying the night and leaving for another place and to return in a week; they recognised that and even prearranged with us to hold our luggage - lovely personalised touch

We were hunting for an apartment in mumbai for a long stay. Mumbai being mumbai it was hard to one suitable for us either the apartment was ok or the location. Then we booked Emerald hotel and it was perfect hidden gem for a family. We stayed in a 01 BHK for about 11 night. We had everything 02 double beds, sofa, dinning table, fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, breakfast security and pleasant people around. Location is also perfect close to SOHO, 18 and right opposite to the beach. This place is also away from the crowd of Chaupati. I will recommend this for a nice comfortable stay.

Home in a busy city The Emerald truly feels like a home in one of the busiest cities I have ever visited. The staff really goes out of their way to take care of all your special requirements and make your stay special and comfortable. Everyone from their General Manager to their room boys and waiters are extremely courteous and always smiling. We loved the food here – all the items are so fresh. Especially enjoyed the Indian food served at the Sapphire Restaurant – the quality is amazing and they have such a huge variety. Food coma alert!!!! As for the rooms, we stayed in one of the apartments – it was so spacious and made us feel just like we were at home. Would surely recommend this place to all those travelling to Mumbai.

Truly a splendid stay! During my recent visit to Mumbai, I had booked The Emerald Hotel in Juhu, its only about 20 minutes from the airport and since it was a long-haul flight, the staff at the reception ensured the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was super clean and spacious. Next morning breakfast was good as well and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling in their new café in the evening. It has beautiful vibes. The staff truly made us feel at home – something that I think sets The Emerald apart from a lot of other hotels. Will definitely stay here during our next visit.
