Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai
"We checked in again for 1 night after a week long stay in Trident. This time the room was dated. Hopefully it will be refurbished soon as our earlier stay was in the newly renovated room. The service and staff are excellent. View from the hotel was super."
Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Palm Grove
"What can I say that I haven't said before about Ramada hotel. A very good place to unwind when you are in Mumbai. Great service all day and night. I have stayed here for the past 14 years and I have never been disappointed once. All the staff are attentive and friendly and a special mention for Anthony at the bar and dining end of the business. He is a real gem of a ***. If you drop in at Ramada say hello to him, you'll be glad you did. Great hotel in a great location."
The Resort

Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai
"Service was extremely slow at breakfast - where we waited almost 55 minutes for a cup of tea and to place an order. Other than that the experience was amazing."
The Fern Mumbai, Goregaon, Series by Marriott

The Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai
"I truely feel that here at The Taj, it is customer care not just routine customer service, everyone is so nice, friendly and kind. My stay here has been more than just the hotel building itself, the people here made it extra special and a place I can’t wait to come back too 10 out of 10, would rate it even higher if I could 👍"
Taj Wellington Mews
"Taj is Taj! Its from the moment when you enter a Taj hotel, you rearlize what politeness, professionalism and passionate really means. The essential three pillars of hospitality. Everyone from the doorman to the manager, all embody these values. As an epicure member, I look forward to staying in a Taj property. This hotel is tucked away in the green pastures of colaba, where there are rooms facing the Taj Palace and sea, and I was lucky to get that amazing view, which is best rearlized when you sit at the couch beside a big window admiring the sun shining on the dome of the Taj Palace hotel ....with the boats anchored in the sea. Walikng to Gateway of India was just under 10mins. The hotel also has a nice park. Overall, loved my two night stay here."
T24 Residency Mumbai International Airport
"Good location for airport"
Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai
"Great hotel, staff are very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us! Great stay in Mumbai"
Dragonfly Hotel- the Art Hotel
"A very average experience at this hotel, not a 4 star hotel definitely as rooms, lobbies were old and needs urgent renovation. I would categorise this hotel in a 3 star category. Food was again average, just about edible however breakfast was better than the dinner that we had. People at front desk/reception were not at all helpful and doesn't address to your queries or requests. They need to learn better how to deal with customers and can be more courteous. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, you will definitely find better options out there at Mumbai. "
Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport
"Good for an overnight stay near the airport. The staff were friendly, but the hotel is a bit old."
Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences
"i was assisted by Irfan, his accommodating level is superb plus i arrived early in the hotel but then he gave me a luxurious and spacious room with a beautiful view and managed to check-in me early as well. and i booked a room with breakfast and dinner, i got to say the restaurant is well maintained and the food is really nice!!! all i can cay the people here are so nice!!! im looking forward to stay here when i get back to india❤️❤️❤️"
Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu
"Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory."
President - Ihcl SeleQtions
"Beautiful hotel, excellent service, the extensive breakfast was part of our package, myself and my daughter very much enjoyed sitting in the air conditioned conservatory to eat. The swimming pool was very refreshing, beautifully clean and helpful pool staff to assist, we used it daily on return from trips and adventures."
