One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

Hareth84Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾

Charlene WooStayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead.
I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.

dyhxChose this hotel as I was attending an event in Bombay Exhibition Centre, 10 mins ride away from the hotel in smooth traffic. The airport is also 15-40mins away depending on traffic.
The room is spacious from bathroom area to the main bedroom, it could even fit 3 beds comfortably. The bed is too soft for my liking but pillow is good. The bathroom comes with a tub, standing shower and separate toilet. Water pressure in the shower is good and heats up fast. The open concept wardrobe is just next to the shower but having the luggage rack built just under the safe is a safety hazard, almost hit the corner couple of times when taking things out of the luggage. I don't know if it's because the door is heavy or my neighbors are strong, the doors appear to slam each time it closes.
I love the scent of Westin's White Tea series which is provided here too, ***** with all basic amenities. They are also very generous with the complimentary bottled water, 6 in all. I appreciate that they noted and acceded to my request for a room near the lift.
Service was excellent, the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and full of smiles from the bellboy to security team to front desk to housekeeping and those at the breakfast service.
Breakfast at Seasonal Tastes on Level 18, had a view as amazing as the spread, of both international staples to local flavours. Live egg and Paratha/Dosa stations, wide selection of nuts, fruits and juices too.
A true 5* stay and will be my choice hotel every time I return to Mumbai.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: The Leela Mumbai
I recently stayed at The Leela Mumbai, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the airport yet incredibly peaceful once inside the property.
The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The staff deserve special appreciation: warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick.
Dining was another highlight. The food at Citrus was exceptional, with great variety and excellent quality. Room service was prompt and well-presented.
The hotel’s pool, gardens, and fitness center create a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a busy day.
Overall, The Leela Mumbai provides a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Guest UserMost stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Airport Terminal 2, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight.
However, the check-in experience was significantly marred by an unprofessional front desk. I was assigned an uncleaned, dirty room, which is a rare oversight. Fortunately, the room itself was outstanding: spacious, clean and tidy (including the bath towels), with a plentiful supply of drinking water. The best part was the bathroom system; the water heated up quickly, the pressure was strong, and the toiletries smelled great.
Overall, despite the service process needing improvement, it's still a very good value-for-money option near Mumbai Airport.

Kusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.
