The hotel was easy to find, staff was friendly during check-in. There was construction going on so at times noises couldn't be avoided. The room space is spacious for two was everything available for use. The bed was comfortable and we had a good rest. Will return :)

I was showering. After around 5 mins, all of a sudden my partner knocked on my door warning the water was flooding out of the toilet. Literally the whole toilet was flooded with water. The design of the glass door of the shower was poor. A piece of plastic attached to the bottom part of the glass door was the only thing stopping water from leaking of the shower. The plastic must have aged and water just got out. Luckily we managed to stop the water from coming out of the bathroom with towels. The reception just gave us two more towels and said there’s nothing they could do about that.

The hotel is 5 min walking from the train station, so it’s perfect if you arrive by train. The staff was really welcoming and the hotel seemed to be renovated recently. It was a great stay.

Lovely lobby and rooms were well appointed and value for money in Munich. Very close to the main train station. However nearby shops were a bit rough looking which makes it not advisable for late evening walking especially with young children at night.
