The room is equipped with AC and a large TV, which are good. The hotel is also not far away from the English Garden. I went there for running and the experience was nice.

Overall, it was a good hotel and I had a comfortable stay. The room met my expectations and everything was fine during my visit. The only downside was that there was no reception available on-site, which could be inconvenient for guests who may need assistance. Aside from that, my experience was smooth and pleasant.

Although the hotel isn't in the city center, it's just a 10-15 minute subway ride away. The surrounding area is very quiet, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and you can even walk to the English Garden. It's a really good choice.

Flemings' value-for-money ratio fluctuates between "you can't miss this," "moderate," and "what's going on?" for solo travelers and the identical single room. Otherwise, everything is good, from cleanliness to friendliness, the extensive catering, and the connection to the urban transport network. You can't go wrong here.

Good for a 5-day business trip

A simple and decent hotel in the central Schwabing area, near Münchner Freiheit. A pleasant walk into the centre from there and very close to the beautiful Englischer Garten. Rooms are cleaned every other day (which I like). Prices vary significantly based on major events in town, when it’s a low/average price period this hotel is quite good value for money.

I was staying at the hotel on business. The rooms are large and well-equipped, but there's no refrigerator. The exhaust fan wasn't working in my room, and since the shower is right next to the bed, the room was unfortunately very humid after showering.

Very friendly welcome at reception, nice quiet and well-equipped room (as requested when booking), good breakfast with egg dishes freshly cooked to order. The underground parking garage is almost unacceptable in terms of the exit and the parking spaces – VERY Narrow. The shower door doesn't close properly and the sink drain was clogged – the cleaning staff should have noticed this...

We chose this hotel because it had breakfast and electric car charging stations. Upon arrival, we noticed that there were two fossil cars parked on the charging stations. I think it is wrong when the hotel charges 36 euros for the spaces that the hotel can then allow this, so it must be noted that they do not control this. The hotel had also not registered that we had bought breakfast, so they also had to be corrected. Then there was one of the two rooms. The bed was broken. Fortunately, there was another room available. Overall, not a good experience.
