No parking (nearest - 15 minute walk). No service. Staff was extremely u friendly, and overcharged me. Management doesn’t even care to respond to emails. Awful experience, never again! There are tens of good hotels within the same price range in Munich if not cheaper.

Really enjoyed my stay at Louis Hotel. Location cannot be beat by any other hotel in the whole of Munich. Room was really really really beautiful furnishings. The bed and bedding was really luxurious. Minibar was inclusive which is nice and makes one enjoy the room even more. Front desk could be more friendly though, perhaps more training on being more genuine as at times the smiles were really forced, but that could be a Munich thing, dunno.

Advantages: The Ctrip details for the single room say the bed is 0.8 meters long, but it is actually over 1 meter long; the location is unparalleled, right next to the grain market, not only close to the Marienplatz subway station, but also only a few minutes' walk to the old and new town halls, St. Peter's Church, Frauenkirche, Holy Spirit Church, Asam Church, and Munich Palace.
Disadvantages: As can be seen from the picture, the bathroom is only separated by a shower curtain, with a large space underneath, and half of the bathroom will be splashed with water when taking a shower; the buffet breakfast is terrible.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Fruits and snacks were given as gifts when checking in. Soft drinks in the minibar were free. The front desk service was also very warm! The bathroom in the room had floor heating. The location was unbeatable. The old town hall at Marienplatz and St. Peter's Church were a few minutes' walk away. The area nearby was very suitable for shopping. Munich was the last stop of my European trip. The luxury shopping street was only a ten-minute walk from the hotel. I accidentally discovered that the traditional breakfast shop that was opened for decades and was very suitable for checking in was on the street next to the hotel. The location is the best. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows and they are soft, the blanket is light and pleasant. Bathrobes/slippers/coffee maker/sweet compliment upon arrival 👌🏻Drinking water in a glass bottle is replenished daily. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We went to the bar on the roof. A bit expensive 😬. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and impeccable. There is a tiny problem that the elevator does not always "listen") because to go up you need to put your room card. Excellent hotel. Price/quality
