Excellent hôtel. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The location is optimal, close to many undergrounds, bus and tram stops. The room itself was clean, we had a suite which offered our family of three enough space for our two-week stay in this hotel. The breakfast was great and filling, with a variety of healthy options. We will be happy to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Piccolo Hotel, pulito con un arredamento classico/storico. Struttura non recentissima ma pulita e accogliente. Colazione non entusiasmante ma comunque soddisfacente. Posizione eccellente a due passi dal parco e a pochi minuti dal centro.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Nähe vom englischen Garten mitten in Schwabing. Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen und das Frühstück auch. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Die Mitarbeiter und der Chef waren unfassbar freundlich. Ich komme sicher wieder wenn ich nochmal in der Gegend zu tun habe.

Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels waren alle ausnehmend freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und das Frühstück phantastisch, on top der Parkausweis, alles toll. Leider hat unser Zimmer im 4. Stock neben dem Fahrstuhl vieles zunichte gemacht. Erheblicher Renovierungsstau, schmuddelige, vergilbte Wände, die schon viele Möbelstücke gesehen haben. Die Vorhänge teilweise aus der Schiene gelöst. Am schlimmsten das schmierige Kopfteil des Bettes, auf dem sich die Abdrücke früherer Gäste abgezeichnet haben. Positiv sei vermerkt, dass zumindest die Armaturen im Bad neuwertig waren. Aber wohlfühlen konnte man sich in diesem Zimmer nicht. Uns wurde bestätigt, dass wir nicht die einzigen oder ersten Gäste waren, die diesen traurigen Eindruck hatten. Schade.

Wir blieben 3 Nächte. Sehr zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Der englische Garten um die Ecke lädt ein zum Morgensport. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Late check out war kein Problem und kostenfrei. Man hat uns auch geholfen den Wagen zu verstecken, da die Beschaffung der vorgeschriebenen Umweltplakette für Touristen kompliziert und undurchschaubar ist.

Schönes Hotel Nähe Münchner Freiheit, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhiges Zimmer, lediglich die Entlüftung im Bad war unangenehm laut. Parken in der Nähe mit einem Anwohnerparkausweis, den das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, fermata della metro a pochi passi, accesso al parco più grande della città a due minuti e centro raggiungibile in 15-20 minuti a piedi. Il personale cortese e disponibile, la colazione sufficiente, dimensioni della camera e bagno rivedibili.
