Munich Sendling-Westpark 3-star Hotels

Everything was excellent. Few steps from S-bahn and U-bahn stations, 1 minute :) 4 stops to Marienplatz (city centre) with u-bahn. 4 stops to central train station with s-bahn. Only 15 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. You can find Mediterranean breakfast; olive, tomatoes, lettuce, fried eggs. There are many more alternatives. Because of its location and excellent breakfast, I would stay there if I go to Munich again. But there isn’t mini bar. I prefer cold water even if it’s snowing.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September: very helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us, great hotel, well located close to the metro station and supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again!

We were here five nights as a family and felt very well. Friendly staff, a multi-faced breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, very clean, fair price-performance ratio. Because of tape is not suitable for allergics. Lightly (but thanks to quiet people, there was no problem). We left the car standing in the nearness of the hotel and were all the time on the way with ÖV (City Pass). Whether it would be like that again. Recommend the hotel and would also come back on your own.

The parking situation of the hotel is extremely problematic, because it is very narrow and the number of places is, in the city location little surprise, limited. Whoever comes late, therefore, must look for something in the surrounding residential area. When I pick up a parking lot on the second day, my vehicle is quickly damaged. The reception is very supportive. However, the polluter must not worry about the consequences of his driver's escape (only legally, police say, because it is a private property - but feels like that) due to the lack of video monitoring ... My single room is conveniently furnished. The safe is also available for several days of stay. The modern bathroom is lightning clean, guests with longer hair should bring a private fence. The TV device offers a good selection of TV and radio channels including sleeping timers. The last guest probably had a broadcast search, everything is set. After a note to the housekeeping, it is fixed the next day. The Wi-Fi is not always stable, but the house has three separate networks, it always finds a connection. Breakfast in a beautiful atmosphere with friendly service offers a good choice. I missed just Bacon to the roof.

The hotel is very clean and the service is superb. Every staff is very friendly and friendly. There is a small card for the guests on the bedside. The breakfast is very good and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Go to Munich to attend the exhibition. Walk about 10 minutes to the nearby metro Harras station. You have to go to the Munich Convention and Exhibition Center. It takes less than an hour to get to the exhibition hall. When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

Facilities: Complete, close to the subway Hygiene: Very good, the bathroom is slightly small and the heating is sufficient. good environment Service: good The breakfast buffet is very special and tastes great! I was happy eating it every day for a week! There is also an airport bus station nearby, which is very convenient. Remember to pay for the airport bus and ask for the ticket immediately!

I chose the hotel based on its location, the hotel located just 20 minutes by foot from the bus station and old town. It’s a budget hotel so you shouldn’t expect much, however everything was nice for it’s price: friendly staff, a clean room, nice breakfast. There was only one bottle of water for two people and no toiletries (only all-in-one gel) so make sure to bring your own. It was a big noise at day and in the evening, but at night nothing bothered me. Overall I would say that it’s pretty nice hotel for a short trip.

We looooveeed our stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing - extremely helpful and friendly' ready to fulfil our every request . The rooms very super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come again.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Don't let the photos, high stars and several good reviews trick you, like they tricked my husband and I. Initially when we booked our room we expected a spacious and clean 1 + 1 room with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. But when we were at the reception, one of the staff members explained to us that we had gotten a completely different room because ”they don't give out rooms based on pictures” but rather instead have their own system of stages or levels and you don't even know which exact room you get when booking. They claim the one we booked was a tiny room that could barely fit my family of four and several luggages (we had been traveling overseas for a month).There wasn't even any space to walk between the beds or between the luggages, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I couldn't even close the door because our room was so small. The bathroom was infested with bugs on the ceiling and walls, the whole place smelled of obnoxiously strong perfume to mask the disgusting odor of meat previously cooked in the kitchen and throughout the whole ”stage”, and most bothersome of all, neither my family and I nor our luggages could fit in our small room. After explaining that we wouldn't be able to spend almost a week in this room, I spent over an hour trying to convince the people working at the reception to either give us our originally booked room or refund our money back and they said they couldn't do EITHER of them because the hotel was fully booked and since we paid online it wouldn't have been possible to give us our money back. What a scam! After a while of arguing, they finally agreed to let us stay one night in the room we paid for in the first place and refunded the rest of the money to us. My husband and I spent the rest of our day searching for a new hotel during the busiest time in Munich when every hotel was fully booked for the next few days. (In case you were wondering, we were able to find one that we loved for the rest of our vacation.) If our troubles only stopped there I wasn't going to take my time to write this review, but unfortunately the hotel staff and management had to disappoint me once again! The breakfast was not very good and the food was minimal, but more than that I felt like we were in the middle of a forest full of bees and flies, both outdoors and indoors. Not just one, but more than enough to prevent us from eating in peace. My kids kept screaming, and the jars of jam were full of bees. I informed a staff member and she brought back another jar in 5 minutes and I got some jam in time before it would be full of those bees again. If the doors of the hotel hadn't been open the whole time for them to come inside we wouldn't have had this problem. To make matters worse, my eldest daughter had been feeling sick for a few days and started feeling worse that morning, so her dad took her to get medical treatment leaving only me and my 8 year old daughter behind.
