The reception manager is very rude… in the hotel pool there was **** like a sack in the photos that I stepped on… the pool was closed after that, and could not be used, and I hired a hotel that could use the pool and Everything would be clean and room service does not come and if you go to the reception to ask them to come and clean they hesitate and tell you that everything is clean…. I have photos and videos and I have reported it and I do not recommend it at all.

Beautiful structure, spacious room with many comforts. Negligible defects: slight stain on a towel, however clean, and worn shower seals. In any case, excellent value for money.

It is close to everything, just below is the Mercadona and close to a shopping center

The experience and stay here has been very good, it was the second time I came here with my partner and this time it has been better than the previous one. The fridge in the room worked properly, the location of the hotel is perfect, it has many supermarkets nearby and also fast food restaurants. In terms of cleanliness, the room still smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, just like the first time I was here. The dryer has to be pressing a button all the time and eventually your fingers get tired, and at least in our last room there was no plug in the bathroom so I couldn't straighten my hair in front of the mirror. Otherwise, the treatment was very good and the bed very large and comfortable.

First, I must point out the hotel is well located around a few restaurants and shopping centres, and is only a 25-minutes’ walk into the main town square. The front desk staff were good and helped where they could. But unfortunately, I have to give an overall 2 Star Rating for this hotel as I made a rookie mistake, and in my rush to get to a meeting I accidently left my watch in my work bag. When I returned it appeared that a member of the cleaning staff searched my bag and stole my watch. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they are very sorry this happened and that was it. No follow up, no incident report. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I have to say this is the first time this has happened. It a shame as I did like this hotel for the location but as a result of this incident, I will not be staying in this hotel again on any future trips to Murcia.

The room was of adequate size. The shower was very good The bed was very, very comfortable Didn't try the breakfast - 12 euros each - too expensive. We had breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel

The hotel is great, clean, comfortable, the only bad thing is that they have these synthetic comforters which are super hot, they don't breath, so you wake up sweating, and the heating system is very erratic too.

The hotel is not close to other restaurants and bars. The mattresses on the bed were worn out and bugs in the bathroom. I expected more from this hotel. The staff was nice.

We are travelling around from Valencia, Albacete, Murcia, Cartenga, Alicante. This was a lovely relaxed hotel. Breakfast the best so far. Excellent tortilla patata and fresh pastries. Had pleasant swim in pool and 20 minutes into historic center of Murcia. Staff nice.

Good hotel overall. Parking is 10€ (even though on the ad it said free parking). Clean rooms, nice staff. There is also a swimming pool.

great location and great staff, will definitely visit again.
