We spent 2 nights at the lodge for gorilla trekking and golden monkeys. Our trip was all arranged by Daniel at the lodge who did a fantastic job. It also included 2 nights in Kigali and a driver to and from the airport. When we arrived at the lodge we were warmly greeted by the staff and given ginger tea and a cookie. The lodge itself is rustic but very nice and comfortable. We had hot water bottles each night in our bed and the fire was going. The food was fantastic! After gorilla trekking our shoes were taken off and we enjoyed a foot massage. Our shoes and gaiters were returned all clean. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful and we definitely recommend it!

Ingagi Park View Lodge is a very special place and I loved the two nights I spent there with my small tour group. The property is stunning, with lush gardens and vibrant, spacious and inviting rooms. It gets chilly at night, and the hotel staff took the time to light the fireplace and leave hot water bottles tucked under my sheets each evening. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment from the staff. Additionally, there was a sunset dance performance featuring men and women from a local village that was a very special experience. I also want to highlight the food - hats off to the chef and his staff; everything was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this lovely lodge without hesitation.

We recently spent two nights here and loved our stay. The staff is excellent! From the front desk staff, to restaurant, housekeeping, manager, and to ALL the other staff, each one gave us such attentive and personal service! The property is beautifully laid out with pathways and gardens. The lodge also has amazing views of the volcanoes. Our cottage was spacious, with a wood burning fireplace and the bathroom was big too. The bed was very comfortable. We used their laundry service too. After our treks, when we returned to the lodge, we were given a complimentary foot massage! Our shoes were cleaned too. Please be aware, when you get your shoes back, they might be slightly damp. We kept them by the fireplace at night, and they were dry in the morning. Food was delicious and beautifully presented! My only little feedback would be for the management to consider hiring a professional decorator to give the restaurant and lounge area a facelift. We would definitely stay here again!

Foremost the staff was so warm and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful! They have very extensive gardens— explore! The food was delicious and abundant! Highly recommend. PS. If you do a gorilla trek you get an amazing massage on your return to the lodge.

The lodge was booked by my travel agent, and I did not know what to expect. I was BLOWN AWAY by the hospitality, professionalism, and kindness of the staff. They saw to my every need. Their recommendations were spor on, the food was spectacular (this is coming from a foodie). It was the perfect place to come back to after my gorilla trek. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking in the area.

A wonderful stay at the lodge. Beautiful views of the volcanos and exemplary Rwandan hospitality. The team were all really great and could not be any more helpful. The food was delicious. A fabulous base to see gorillas. The massages were excellent too. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was 5 star, the quality of the rooms was excellent, friendly staff catering to every need and great food. Would highly recommend staying here as a wonderful setting with the volcanoes in the vista, I’d definitely come back!

Staff is very attentive and engaging. Our server Julius made us a special orange Julius drink. The traditional dance performance when we arrived was amazing. Foot massage after trekking the Gorilla tour was so relaxing. The rooms were so private and comfortable.
