The service is good. But if you have traveled by your car, you will have to carry your own luggage by stairs from car parking basement for 1 floor. Limited Indian food variety but thank to other Indian restaurants around since the hotel is located at a prime location. 10 on 10 to all the staff.

That was a perfect place to stay. Thanks for the very kind staff including Ridha and Nasser. I extended my stay here two more weeks and Mr Nasser offered me a great package price. Everything here was nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. A big mall could be reached through the underground hotel. I am lucky to have selected this hotel for my first visit to the wonderful Oman 🇴🇲. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Hotel location is good also breakfast is nice. Only problem if hotel arrange Taxi for you add 1 KD commision. İ think this not good

Worst service ever

The hotel room is big and the service is good. Because I extended my room late and there is no room of the same type, I need to downgrade and extend my stay. The hotel will extend my stay in the original room for free. I didn’t choose breakfast during my stay this time due to physical reasons. In the past, breakfast was abundant. Very recommendable.

The hotel's internet connection is terrible and they often forget to provide shampoo and shower gel.

A very average Middle Eastern style hotel in the city center, nothing special. In Oman, it is a very traditional hotel. There are two pretty big shopping malls nearby. Grand muscat mall can pass, but nothing special. The bath water in the room is hot and cold, it is really difficult to control

From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Very nice breakfast experience with good service staff specially Ismail . I am loving it . I often choose that hotel . I like to swim and City Season has very nice pool with a wonderful view. Thank you the entire team for there outstanding service.

This is one of the best hotel locations in Muscat, Oman. (I'm currently here) It's just situated in the heart of the city, Al Khwair. It's my second time to be here-- the 1st time, we booked a suite room because there were many of us, but this time we took only a deluxe room which is surprisingly impressive in standards! This is not a new hotel BUT the management has been doing great in maintaining its pristine condition. This is also my favorite place for a buffet lunch or dinner, in fact, I celebrated my birthday here last year! Today, it's my post-celebration (I had my birthday 4 days ago) and I'm a bit excited what their breakfast has to offer! The service here is also good & the staff are helpful & courteous to customers, specially JP, the front desk officer who checked us in, Thank you!❣️Awesome job Management Team! I would surely recommend this hotel to family & friends visiting the area.

The staff and breakfast buffet are nice and the room is clean. Very prompt reaction to any complaints or technical problems! Not always warm water in the shower, so the heating system could maybe use an overhaul. The à la carte menu is a bit mediocre. Important note: no alcohol available.

It was easy to get the necessary things because Market was at the ground floor. And hospital was within 10 minutes by walk to get the covid 19 test. My family spent just 1 night but It was good place to reach tourist attractions.

The hotel has nothing special. All the services I need are available. However, the manager was very kind and extended check-out from the hotel until 6 o’clock in the evening. This is can not find in any hotel.

A very sweet and nice ambient filled dinner with family and friends in the M floor. Had a good time. Staff was courteous and always there for our needs. Hoping to come again and have more wonderful memories here.
