The hotel's location is great, but the service was a bit slow. Parking is available in the B2 underground garage, but there's no direct elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up one floor, which is quite inconvenient. Breakfast on the M floor was just okay; the fruit selection was poor – overripe watermelon, very sour pomelo, and decent cantaloupe. Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable black stains on the pillowcase. The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to turn off the water frequently while showering to let it drain.

Positive: Good central location Size of the room Negative: I watched an old YouTube video before booking at this hotel but it must have gone seriously downhill since that video was made. Breakfast was absolutely awful and made me and my son very sick for the entire during duration of the stay. Never got to see Oman due to being ill. I requested a refund after the first night but the hotel, twice refused. Car park is under the hotel. It’s dark and very tight and smells awfully of sewerage. Initially given a room on the inside of the building with no view except other walls. It felt like a prison. That room smelt very badly of urine. The whole corridor (floor 3) was difficult to walk down as the floor is damaged under the carpet. We requested to move and was moved to floor 4 which was better however the room was still not up to hygiene standards. We at least had a view. I am actually shocked to see which positive reviews as it is a million miles from the truth. Bathroom is tiny. At around 11pm each night, a waste disposal tanker visits the hotel and parks up outside to suck waste from the hotel (presumably). As the hotel has no soundproofing, it is impossible to sleep. 4 tankers visited last night between 11pm-3am. The busy nearby highway is also noisy. Staff are unhelpful and look depressed in their jobs. I can not recommend this hotel AT ALL. Please book elsewhere and do not ruin your holiday like we did.

There's restaurant and grocery around the hotel. High quality hotel with good price.

It wasn’t the best

The service is good. But if you have traveled by your car, you will have to carry your own luggage by stairs from car parking basement for 1 floor. Limited Indian food variety but thank to other Indian restaurants around since the hotel is located at a prime location. 10 on 10 to all the staff.

That was a perfect place to stay. Thanks for the very kind staff including Ridha and Nasser. I extended my stay here two more weeks and Mr Nasser offered me a great package price. Everything here was nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. A big mall could be reached through the underground hotel. I am lucky to have selected this hotel for my first visit to the wonderful Oman 🇴🇲. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

The humidity in the toilet is high. The service is excellent and high-quality. The air conditioning and cooling in the hotel are excellent.

The soundproofing of the rooms on the lower floors is not good, the rooms on the upper floors will be much better. There are many delicious foods around, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

Price - quality. Spacious and clean room. From the airport - 15 minutes by taxi

The hotel room is big and the service is good. Because I extended my room late and there is no room of the same type, I need to downgrade and extend my stay. The hotel will extend my stay in the original room for free. I didn’t choose breakfast during my stay this time due to physical reasons. In the past, breakfast was abundant. Very recommendable.

Not only is it dirty and messy, it's also unsafe.
