Alkistis Beach Hotel - Adults Only

We were a group of 9 ladies travelling together. It would have been nice if we could have had our rooms together, but unfortunately, they were not. I was one of the lucky ones with my room near the reception. Some people in our party had quite the climb to reach their rooms at the top of the hill. The view was breath taking, but the climb also took their breath away!! Once again we found the staff to be lacking in making you feel like your business is important to them. I feel like even the people working in tourism do not really like the tourists. Our room was clean and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. We just had to cross the street to go to the beach and the pool was very inviting. The lifeguard at the pool was another one that did not like tourists or possibly just hated his job. He was also the bartender or maybe he was just the bartender. Either way, we order drinks and spent quite a bit of money at the pool, but rarely even got a smile from him. My daughter forget her hat in the pool area on our last night there. She went to the front desk, because by this time the pool was closed. The reception called the bartender/lifeguard to ask if he had seen the hat and he said that he had not. The next morning my daughter went to the reception again and asked if they could open the pool for her before we left, so that she could take a look herself. Thirty minutes later, they had someone open the pool area for her. She looked where she had put the hat and it wasn't there. They did find it, however, locked in the bartenders area. Strange that the bartender had not seen it the night before???

Wonderful location, nice staff, comfortable and large rooms. Close to the sea and the bus stop, the sea bus is within reach. I was completely satisfied with everything. The view from the room was beautiful. There are fresh baked goods at breakfast.

Amazing hotel, with superb sea views! You have to visit this hotel as breakfast is served in open dining area and the view is something spectacular…hotel rooms are cozy with huge fridge, which we used a lot. Daily cleaning service was done well and hotel staff was super polite and smiling. Hotel is close to beach, just a few steps and you can relax in waves😊. I have to mention that hotel is having complimentary transport service to airport which is huge benefit and the driver Stelios was very helpful and kind, he gave us so many advices what to visit in Mikonos, what we appreciated a lot, he also offered his contact to help us at any time…Once again Stelios thank you for all your help and also thanks to you we saw and experienced unique Mikonos hidden gems! Thanks🫶🏻 Overall, we had a really nice stay and recommending this Hotel

We were booked there by exoticca. For us this was the best of them all. Getting to the room can be a bit of a trek if you have mobility issues. However you can get them to bring up/down you bags for you. The location was perfect for us. It's a 5-6 minute bus ride to the old-port and a walk to Stefanos beach. Old port is a tourist destination that the cruise ships go to so there are plenty of shops and restaurants as a result. We also go our excursions from there so we simply bused to the port and did our thing. Had a great time. The breakfast was the best out of all of our hotels. There was good variety. The room was nice but basic. Quite comfortable for us. This was one of the two hotels in Greece were we didn't have a major problem. The staff was very friendly. The pool was quite nice. Had all of the Hotels been this quality on our trip we would have had a much more favorable opinion or Greece and exoticca.
