We have been waiting for the summer holidays all year round and then due to a mistake made by the structure in question, our holidays in Mykonos have been skipped !!! On August 5, I decided to send an email to Elia to ask for a transfer to pick us up from the airport on August 7, the day of our arrival in Mykonos. The response I received was chilling ... ”There is no booking in your name.” Now you imagine that I have two children, one of whom is a newborn and that if I hadn't sent that email, we would have found ourselves on 7 August in Elia's hall hearing these words ... Incredulous, I re-forward the email sent in October with the Form, provided by them for the reservation, complete with all my data necessary for the reservation! And I also forward the reply email, also dating back to October, in which they assured me that everything was ok with the booking and that I could then proceed with the purchase of airline tickets !!!!! The response I received three days ago after sending these old emails was ”We are so sorry, unfortunately there was an error on our part but we no longer have rooms available and to apologize for what happened, we can find you a structure alternative to ours ... ”. I find all this absolutely absurd, they forgot our reservation and sold the room to other people !!! If I chose to book a 15-day holiday with Elia I had a whole series of reasons and alternative structures offered by them, with bad reviews on TripAdvisor such as ”Disgusting Room!” I don't know what to do with it ... With two small children, one of which is a newborn, you can't be flexible up to this point! The structures they proposed were apartments or hotels of a lower category and had nothing to do with Elia; I would have appreciated if they had offered me a hotel equal or superior to theirs and not places with such bad reviews! I can do nothing about their apologies, our holidays in Mykonos have been skipped because it was impossible two days before departure, to be able to find another accommodation that had the services we needed; they were obviously all fully booked! What happened is really absurd ... Think if I hadn't sent that email ... we would have found ourselves on our arrival with 1 child and a newborn, without a room to sleep !!! A 4-star hotel cannot make mistakes like this!

This is a luxurious hotel, service and staff were excellent. A la carte breakfast of high quality served till 11 am. DJ played trendy music from 11:30 till 6:30 on the beach and so ***y beach staff waiting around the sun beds just to make sure the guests were well looked after. However, if you want to occupy the first row of the sun beds you’ll need to pay extra 60 EUR for a set, otherwise can stay on other rows for free. Room was nice with great view of the beach and ***y restaurants close by.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. You are right on Platys Gialos. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. You get a free private shuttle to and from airport or ferry for arrival and departure. We were welcomed with free drinks and given a free bottle of wine with lunch. The breakfast each morning was a huge buffet with lots of delicious options and was included with our stay. We also were able to use the beach lounges in the first three rows on the beach included with our stay. We were in a deluxe suite that wasn't ocean facing but had a lot of space. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was fresh and delicious as well. The hotel is very near the local bus which we took in and out of town. There are also multiple mini markets and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Visited with my wife on our honeymoon. The entire staff from manager to housekeeper were outstanding. The manager nick went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front desk staff Alexa went out her way to help us contact the airport for my watch that I lost during screening. Sophia was there for both us in every way. Giannis and Sophia from the restaurant set the mood and matched our energy to celebrate our love. The entire staff was outstanding. The couples massage on the terrace was the cherry on top. We will book directly with them next year!

Colazione abbondante, ogni mattina rifornita di prelibatezze dolci e salate cucinate direttamente dallo staff. Asciugamani in piscina a disposizione dei clienti. Servizio bar anch’esso ottimo, sia per un pranzo che per un aperitivo o un cocktail dopo cena. Pulizia minuziosa, sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni. Pulizia quotidiana delle stanze e cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani, cosa per nulla scontata e difficile da trovare in altre strutture con simili valutazioni.
