The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

This is our fourth visit… we love the Mercer Sevilla. This was apparently a wealthy family’s property in the old city and has been so incredibly well redesigned into a small luxury hotel… perhaps 12 or 14 rooms with massively high ceilings, transitional design, and the best of interior fittings. The rooms are on two floors while the third floor boasts a small rooftop pool which is perfect to combat summer heat from May to Sept. The staff are world class and very helpful when needed, but otherwise discreet. Mattresses are top quality. Location is perfect to explore the old city. Can’t say enough good things about this location. And while far from cheap, the value equation is excellent. I can’t think of a better base in Sevilla!

We stayed in Hotel Amadeus on our honeymoon in 2005, and returned in 2022 with our two teenagers. We stayed in the suite, which was perfect for our needs. We all loved our stay! From going to bed wondering what the pastries and treat would be at breakfast (each morning a little different) to chilling out together in the rooftop pool in the evenings, to enjoying the many pleasant and relaxing spaces dotted around to sit and relax, the hotel is an absolute delight to stay in. The location is wonderful also, and every member of staff is friendly and welcoming. A charming hotel that added so much to our experience of the beautiful city of Seville.

This hotel makes Seville more beautiful~ I didn't even find it when I arrived. There is only one door on the roadside, but there is no hole in the sky. The waiter is warm and always takes the room and introduces all the places. I introduced all the attractions and painted them on the map... The facilities are very good. There is a small swimming pool on the top of the building. Within ten minutes of walking to the church and the palace, there is a Chinese supermarket and a slightly larger supermarket next door. Next door, there is a breakfast shop for two minutes, in short, the geography is very good! On the last day, I also introduced our Granada in the next stop, and called us a taxi to help us carry the luggage to the car. In short, I am the warmest and most attentive waiter. We! Absolutely recommended ~

The hotel was in a very good location to see all the main areas of Seville on foot and the price was also reasonable. Friendly service, clean facilities, and comfortable to relax around late at night. However, in the room located on the side of the road, you can hear a little noise of cars running on the bumpy road at dawn.

Location was great, near everything you’d want to see and very easy to walk to and from. The hotel rooms, beds, kitchens were great and provided good sleep, laundry and a nice way to enjoy a few days in town. You have to be pretty self sufficient for their use as it is all done via app communication and an app you download to get in and out of the room/building. The only negative comment I’d have was the room got very warm and it took a bit of work on our part to convince the team the problem with the temperature was not US, but the thermostat was not working properly. Finally, a person came to our room and was able to figure out what was wrong after we had to jump various hoops to try to resolve the issue. In her defense, when it was fixed, she was very apologetic about the matter. Also, they did provide a breakfast for us which was a box dropped outside the room door. The food was good, however, the first day we didn’t realize the system and we let it sit outside too long.

Everything else was ok, breakfast was simple. But what to say is: the friends who drive must pay attention! The so-called parking is not parking at the hotel, but parking to a parking garage that is 10 minutes away from the hotel and walks about 1 km away. And you still have to pay for it, as long as you spend 19 euros overnight. Nothing about this hotel! In addition, the hotel is located in the old city, the road to the hotel entrance is narrow to the driver who opened the road for the first time, the wheel hub will be kicked if not careful, and will get lost. We spent a lot of energy to find the hotel for half an hour, but was told to go to the parking garage again, very frustrating. For the first time here, friends who are unfamiliar with the situation should pay attention.

The hotel is not far from the main cathedral and the palace, the location is very good There are not many rooms, but it is a small and exquisite hotel. There are exactly two rooms with four friends. They are arranged on the fourth floor of the top floor. The rooms are very large and have a coffee machine. The fifth floor is a small roof bar with a good view, but it seems that the price is not cheap

We stayed at Casa Palacio La casa Blanca for 2 nights . It is really well located to walk anywhere in Seville that a tourist would want to see. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurants close by and supermarkets as well. We cooked one night and the apartment had everything we needed to cook and serve the food. To say it is extremely clean is an understatement - it was spotless. The communication with Ornella was outstanding - so prompt, helpful and thoughtful. She explains everything, helped us work out how to best see the parade of the 3 kings (the epiphany for Australians). She assisted me to find the special crown cake that Spaniards eat at this time. She really made our stay wonderful. We have been travelling around for 2 weeks staying a couple of nights in each location, always in apartments and this is the only place I am bothering to write a review as it was so excellent.
