"The facilities were fine and the service was good, but the cleaning was awful. You'd find hair, other odd things, and makeup left by the previous guest. They even moved us to a different room a second time, and it still wasn't clean. It was dusty, the glasses were dirty and stained, and the faucet didn't work. It was a terrible experience because that's why I wanted to go to a good hotel—to avoid cleaning problems."

"Location is a bit away from the downtown, need to walk around 15-25 min to get to the main sights. Clean, big room, nice pool. The downsides - the pool has not enough beds, so guests have to lie down and tan in the bar area - which was a bit weird, and if someone from the pool area bed leaves - people are running to occupy that place. Not a great feeling . Also we were asked to pay extra for a child - this spoiled our travel mood from the very start at the check in - we travel often and we were never asked to pay extra for a child living with us. And quite costly, just like per adult. Also this was done in a very cold and official manner that gave us a bad feeling and honestly, after this, those three days that we stayed in this hotel I always had a feeling that I want to leave as soon as possible. Not a pleasant staff"

"I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the hotel is exceptionally clean – I even felt comfortable walking barefoot on the floors. The location is quite convenient too. It's just a 10-minute walk after four stops on the EA line. You can also walk to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España in about 20 minutes. The hotel WiFi is strong, and the breakfast is quite extensive. A really great experience overall!"

Despite being slightly outside the city centre, the staff were all some of the smiliest, friendliest people and helpful in all aspects from booking trips to finding restaurants. I’d say the true mark of a great hotel is somewhere you feel comfortable and this hit all the bases. If you’re happy to make a short journey into the town every day, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Also, the pool, gym and breakfast buffet are unbelievable. I almost don’t want to add a review to keep it as a hidden gem!"

"I saw staff guiding foreigners to their rooms, even giving them flower rings upon check-in. Yet, for us Chinese guests, there was no guidance, no explanation of breakfast or Wi-Fi, and certainly no flower rings. After pre-checking in earlier, I was promised my luggage would be in the room, but when I returned exhausted in the evening, I still had to go down to the baggage area to find it myself. And don't even get me started on the long queues for check-in where not even a glass of water is offered. Forget comparing it to hotels in China; it can't even hold a candle to hotels in Cordoba, Madrid, or Barcelona. Besides the good location and interesting architecture, there's nothing else worth praising!"

"I rarely give bad reviews to hotels, but I have to talk about this one to warn others. 1) The room is extremely small, not as pictured as advertised. One person couldn't even open their suitcase. It's probably only about 10 square meters. 2) The location is opposite the European Balcony, but it's incredibly noisy, and the surrounding area is unsafe. Many homeless people loiter on the streets. 3) It's definitely a budget hotel, but the hygiene is terrible. The room has no ventilation, and the sink is right next to the bed. Although it's a new hotel, the hygiene is poor. 4) Poor service. The front desk staff were arrogant and refused to acknowledge any suggestions. A deputy manager named Carlos claimed they were a good hotel and refused to accept any criticism. Objectively speaking, the hotel's price doesn't match its rating, and the arrogance it seems to have generated doesn't reflect its true character. I urge everyone to avoid this hotel."

This hotel is slightly off the beaten track but I believe that’s a bonus.staff all were amazing and very friendly people. We had a beautiful breakfast every morning and enjoyed the local restaurants ,cafes and tapas bars in the evening. The interior decorating is stunning,well worth the money and visit ."
