It was a terrible experience because that's why I wanted to go to a good hotel—to avoid cleaning problems."

I had to go on foot to the Cathedral and the Arrows. Many bars. Coffees. A Mercadona nearby. Air conditioning. Toothbrush. Comb. Cotton. Good towels. I liked."

"One of the best hotels I've found. Location is great, about 10 minutes from the airport bus drop off. Then a short walk through small shop filled streets to the historic centre (cathedral and palace) The hotel is in a quiet street with virtually no traffic. Décor and appearance are a real highlight. It was previously a flamenco school so has a wonderful central atrium with stage and bar. Perfect for relaxing or watching free performances. Throughout the décor is very beautiful, well designed and welcoming. Rooms - I can only review the one we stayed in (401 - one of 2 suits in the hotel) and it was totally amazing. very large, with separate living room and 2 private terrace areas. One small terrace with table and chairs overlooked the atrium so you could watch the performances from the roof!, the other larger terrace had table, chairs and a private plunge pool. Fantastic. Access to the second larger hotel plunge pool was via private door. Access to the room was via a private key button in the lift, doors then opening direct into the room. All felt extremely special and within moments we felt welcomed and at home. Quite a rare achievement. Service. Faultless. From the initial welcome, being taken to our room and throughout our stay staff were all welcoming and paid personal attention. Breakfast is good quality fresh ingredients. Self service buffet with hot extras like eggs benedict served on the first floor terrace overlooking the atrium. Beautiful. We stayed for a birthday and they made special gestures that made this an unforgettable visit. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We've done a fair bit of travel in Europe and generally don't like to go to the same city twice but this is one of the first hotels that we will almost certainly return to (perhaps in October when the weather is slightly warmer)"

"The location is excellent! It's right opposite a large supermarket and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The Palace and the Cathedral are also quite close, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, all French brand Codage. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a three-piece separation. Breakfast offers a rich variety, and the coffee is delicious. Super value for money!"

"I saw staff guiding foreigners to their rooms, even giving them flower rings upon check-in. Yet, for us Chinese guests, there was no guidance, no explanation of breakfast or Wi-Fi, and certainly no flower rings. After pre-checking in earlier, I was promised my luggage would be in the room, but when I returned exhausted in the evening, I still had to go down to the baggage area to find it myself. And don't even get me started on the long queues for check-in where not even a glass of water is offered. Forget comparing it to hotels in China; it can't even hold a candle to hotels in Cordoba, Madrid, or Barcelona. Besides the good location and interesting architecture, there's nothing else worth praising!"

The room was clean but tiny, the bed frame wobbled, and the room was so small I couldn't even pull out the chair. On the third night, they finally noticed I was missing a bath towel... It's very close to attractions and the surrounding area is lively. Recommended for those with a short stay, a limited budget, or solo travelers."

"After a two-year break (last time in Madrid), I continued my exploration of high-tech Spanish hostels. This time in Seville. Futurotel was certainly impressive. I've seen all of these things individually before: the capsules themselves in capsule hotels at Russian airports, and high-tech toilets 10 years ago in Japan and South Korea. But taken together, they're impressive. The plastic casing of the capsules themselves doesn't solve the soundproofing issue... And, of course, for capsules, it's still not cheap, given the limited space."

Other than that, everything else was pretty good. It seems to be in a commercial area, and right across from the hotel is a Carrefour, which is super convenient for shopping. There's a metro station very close to the hotel entrance, and plenty of bus stops too. The hotel facilities and various services were all quite good."

"The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the city center, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. When I arrived, the building had a bit of an old smell. I expected a bit more conversation at the reception – like asking if I was a tourist, or if I wanted information on interesting places to visit. The room was fine. You can tell it's old, but it's been given a facelift. It has a small kitchen (which is all you need) and a bathroom that, in my opinion, is quite small."
