The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

I stayed 2 nights in this building, typical andalous building on 3 floors with the central patio and rooms on the sides. I had a bed in a 3-site room on the ground floor, very comfortable bed, good size of the room, with a box with 3 appliances and 2 boxes, LCD TV and air conditioning, A multiple 5-card carrier is provided for electronic devices. Breakfast is ”industrial” but satisfactory, you will find marbled, butter, cheese and pig, a little fruit of the mini muffins and bread for toasts. Open reception h24, 4-chair room at the entrance, breakfast room with microwave Useable all day, there is water, tea and coffee free from 7 to 24. Very good location 3 minutes walk from Setas de Sevilla and 5 minutes from the Cathedral. only sin the room was not soundproofed and the bathroom was only one for all the ground floor.

The hostel is really central, and in the piazza in front of it there are 2 bus stops from where we took the bus to the airport (you have to take the 32 and then stop on another bus stop for the Airport bus). It was super clean, the bed were comfy, and you have ample storage space under the bed, which can be locked using a padlock. (we didn't had a padlock, and we had not issues). If you're staying here, you can also go to the other Oasis hostel, which is not far from this one. The other has more of a social feeling. This one is more of a quite hostel. It offers free walking tours, which we found it very interesting. The bar on the roof wasn't open when we went up. It also has a fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't managed to use the coffee machine) One has to download an app to open the main and room doors, which is super convenient. If one is looking for a more social interaction hostel, I suggest you go to the Oasis Palace Hostel. On the other hand, if one is looking for a hostel which is more quite, and very central, this is a very good option.

I stopped by Seville on the way to Malaga for 2 nights and stayed at this hotel - and I’m so glad I did. Everything was great - location was perfect, tons of restaurants, shops and bars within a 5 min walk and very central. Rooms were clean and a very good size Shower was fantastic - the shower pressure was amazing Service was great - staff was extremely responsive via WhatsApp at any time of day, extremely friendly and helpful They don’t have any of the extra amenities (like a breakfast room or gym) but honestly for the price and location I didn’t mind at all. I think their sister location (less than 2 min walk away) has breakfast that they can offer but there’s so many great bakeries and restaurants right next door that I preferred eating out anyways. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I didn't know it at all because it wasn't in the reviews, but our room was a double-floor structure. Of course, there are rooms on the 0th floor, not double-floor. The double-floor structure is the bedroom, the bathroom is upstair It is inconvenient because you have to climb and down the stairs every time you go to the bathroom. If you are a lot of luggage or a little uncomfortable with your legs, you must refer to this part. Other facilities and services are good. Especially the bed is spacious and overall clean with the latest style. And the staff is also very friendly. I chose it because parking is free on Trop.com, but it's actually a way to park and settle in a parking lot three minutes away. Please note this part. I'm saying that I'll reward parking on Trip.com because the information is wrong. Trip.com is good. ^^

The room layout is reasonable and the location is excellent. The hotel is in an old building. The facilities are indeed very advanced. The bedding is comfortable and the sofa bed is moderately soft and hard. The receptionist on the day shift was particularly enthusiastic and recommended popular attractions and restaurants. It was past six o'clock on the day of check-in, and there was no one on duty, so I didn't receive the access code email. Fortunately, I called the local escort and found the girl on duty before I could get in.

We stayed in a standard studio for 5 nights. The apartment was fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A lovely touch was having oranges and pastries supplied for breakfast for the first morning. The styling is contemporary with some original features such as exposed brickwork. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The pool area on the food is lovely for relaxing and has great views. I would 100% recommended the apartment anyone visiting Seville. It’s location is great for visiting the main attractions Seville has to offer and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location, 10 minute walk to the main attractions in the city and plenty of bus stops nearby. There are staff available if needed but all information we needed was provided and we didn't have any issues that required help. The room was spacious and clean. Little by way of natural daylight though. Walls are very thin, so if you have inconsiderate noisy neighbours then it can be annoying. Loads of good bars/cafes/shops nearby, all packed with locals till late so you feel perfectly safe.
