Guest UserA good stay in a friendly basic, slightly bland, yet still charming hotel. The room was large and kept immaculately clean. There wasn’t a window with a view, but it did look out on a narrow open space which allowed natural light. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were welcome.
The only downsides, for me, was the room I was given was basically in the lobby, and the staff’s placement directly at the door made me feel a bit exposed and observed. I prefer a more anonymous experience. I would stay again, however, if I could get a room on a higher floor.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. Its location is excellent, situated right on the edge of the old town, just a 5-minute walk from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, making it incredibly convenient. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, snacks, fruits, and cold drinks. The surrounding area boasts a fantastic variety of dining options, including traditional churros and delicious fried seafood. Evenings are lively with nearby bars where you can catch a football game, creating a buzzing atmosphere that's rich in authentic Spanish charm.

KeweiyidisaThis hotel was excellent and very satisfying. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. Although it's nestled in a small alley, which one might initially think is a drawback, it's actually bustling with numerous restaurants and gift shops. Plus, it's only a stone's throw from the main street. It's about a 10-minute walk to Plaza de España, and the Royal Palace and Cathedral are both just a five-minute stroll away! This meant that after my visit to the Cathedral, and before my scheduled entry into the Royal Palace, I could easily pop back to the hotel for a quick rest and a refreshing shower. There's even a flamenco show venue right next door.
The hotel itself isn't massive, but it has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The two gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly handsome, spoke fluent English, and were exceptionally friendly. Dressed sharply in suits, they exuded a movie-star charisma. They were so warm and outgoing, always greeting me with a joke or a friendly chat whenever I passed through. Our room was very comfortable, featuring a large bed, and was decorated in a way that truly felt like a home away from home. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful – an absolute lifesaver in the scorching heat. There were no slippers or a kettle, but that's typical for many hotels, so just bring your own if you require them.

The location is fantastic, right by the main cathedral, making it easy to get to all the popular attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is convenient.
The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged for me to switch to a bottom bunk.
There's a small kitchen in the basement with a microwave and oven, which is fine for simple cooking.
The mixed-gender dorm room is a decent size, not too cramped. The locker is huge, and the top shelf is very high. The shower stalls don't have hooks, and the sink was quite clogged. It was cleaned daily.
The bedside lamp is tiny and very dim.

The location was good, room wad pretty, service is good and amenities were enough. I love their shampoos and soaps, it was retuals...! Smelled so nice with orange scent.
Refrigerator in the room was also nice.
The sad point was sound proof did not seemed enough. I could hear people talking outside, which was so loud, even the hotel says to be quiet.
There was ants climbing up the bathroom sink several times, which I did not like it.

The beds should be renovated are very old I think if the facilities would be better qualified, the sofa bed is very old the truth is not acting for rest, then in the bathroom there was a drop I think something of the air conditioning which we notified and they did nothing about it. I have to clarify that the staff care was not the right in terms of problem or concerns resolution, one of the super friendly girls the other two should take care courses to the public, the fridge a little small.

The kitchen is excellent, fully equipped. There's a rooftop terrace. But the beds are just awful. They wobble and creak loudly at the slightest movement. You wake up and everyone else does too. It's literally impossible to sleep.

Great location for Seville old town visit. Affordable price. Room is nice and clean.
Service -- check in was okay. When we reached the front desk we were asked to fill the form online which the hotel could send us earlier. Glad we arrived by 18:00
the hotel claimed they would have service desk from 10:00-18:00, however when we left and checked out and tried to ask for luggage storage around 10:40 - 10:55 nobody was at the service desk. Need to do a better job on service.

The front desk staff were so kind, which I really appreciated. I was satisfied with this accommodation as it was an affordable place for me to stay alone, and the service was good too.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located in a small alley, but its location is very convenient, within walking distance of all the old town attractions. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but for the price, it's acceptable. The shared bathrooms are very clean. It's a great place for a solo trip.
