The Regency is a beautiful hotel. We booked a condo there. We were in 1802, owner Chris Haddock. This 1802 condo was by far the filthiest cond we've ever been in. Mold and dirt in each bathroom, one coat of paint over wallpaper, stained and soiled chairs, including dining chairs. However, the counter tops were the most gross. He had painted the countertops with a latex paint that peeled off whenever it was touched. We used the table for prepping food. The paint was so thick that it got under fingernails. Contacted Chris sent his apologies, this was never brought to his attention before. What a crock. We were scammed. Avoid 1802

This was the second year in a row we stayed at 1104. It is really nice and the staff at Regency are great! We definitely recommend Regency Towers. The price is comparable to hotels on the beachfront, but you have a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms instead of a room with a mini fridge and microwave! The sunrises are breathtaking and peaceful!

We go to Myrtle Beach at least once per year and have stayed at many different properties throughout the years. However we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach so we didn't know what to expect this time. From the moment of check in through our check out a week later the staff at RT made us feel welcome and truly tried to make us feel like we were at home. The unit was spacious and nice. It had everything one needs to cook etc... The ocean front view was just awesome!! I want to individually recognize Shana at the front desk. She is a people person and a true professional. There wasn't a day that she didn't have a smile on her face or greet everyone with professionalism and cheeriness. She took her time to answer any and all questions and made you feel like she was happy to do so. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to go back next year for a month or two during the winter. Great stay.

Regency towers is our go to place when staying in Myrtle beach we stumbled on this place 5 years ago and we absolutely love it. Extremely clean with comfortable beds and an amazing view and absolutely the best staff ever they are always so friendly to us the condo had everything we needed even boogie boards and beach chairs I’m not sure if ever condo has them but ours does we always stay in 1005 and when in Myrtle we will always stay here we have stayed here 3 times in the last 5 years .. we highly recommend it!!!

Relaxing family friendly experience. Very clean condo’s. Close to stores and food. Loved having ocean front view. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Security is a plus. Makes you feel safe for you and your kids.

We’ve been going to Regency Towers for 25 years . Always clean, nice people and more bang for your buck. Convenient to stores and attractions. This year was expensive. Wish they could give returning guests a discount.

This was a 5/5 experience this year! We decided to book the exact same room as last year (1207) and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! A lot of the things I mentioned in the previous review were taken care of. New carpet in the bedrooms, new dining chairs, new cushions on the previously faded chairs, just to name a few!! This is a nice 3 br 2 ba condo in a great location and we will stay here again. The washer is still loud, but who cares??! The running toilets issue was also fixed! Great vacation!

We absolutely LOVE The Regency Towers! We’ve been coming every summer since 2020 and have the best time! The staff is the best, the front desk, security, cleaning. Thank you to everyone at Regency Towers! Counting down the days until we come back! One day we plan to purchase our own unit here!!!
