We were here for our daughter's birthday. They are providing us with complementary cake for the birthday celebration. The property is maintained very well and in a hygienic way. Sneha, who is a story teller from the staff, narrated the entire history of the property and any doubts we had about the history of Mysuru as well. It has been a very pleasant experience so far."

"I had fabulous experience with Miss Grace who gave relaxing massage. I had gone for deep tissue massage and only when she started massaging I realised how stiff my muscles were, she knows all tricks of the trades in the sense she put pressure at all the right points of the body, to begin with, some pressure points were painful but after the massage one feel like flying. She was amazing. The place is good in terms of cleanliness but they can create better choices of music and diffuser. Overall, Grace compensates for whatever was missing. "We stayed here for one night while exploring Mysore, and it was a wonderful experience. Even though this is a 3-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hotel was very well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The room was nicely arranged, with a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and a cozy chair, which made our stay relaxing. The bathroom was excellent, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even a hair dryer. Although there was no iron in the room, when we requested one, it was brought to our room within 5–10 minutes, which showed great service. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice spread of food and plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located close to many amenities in Mysore, making it a great place to stay while exploring the city. This was my first hotel stay in India, and I’m very happy it was such a positive experience. I would highly recommend this place. The only small disappointment was that there was no fridge in the room. We wanted to keep some drinks chilled, but when we asked reception, they mentioned they only had a freezer available. It’s a minor thing, but having a fridge in the room would make the stay even better in the future."
