"This was my 8th JLR visit and this time the experience was very average. JLR is meant for nature and now its clear that JLR can’t manage luxury properties like laitha Mahal palace. The property is not maintained properly, the deluxe room looks like a two star hotel. Its below average room. When we checked in the bath towels and fridge were not there. Also AC was not working properly. After complaining, it got fixed. the view from the room is good as it is facing the swimming pool. we were not allowed to use DSLR camera. I can understand they were charging for model photo shoot, cinema shooting etc. but for a family staying there, prohibiting for using a DSLR is acceptable."

"I had fabulous experience with Miss Grace who gave relaxing massage. I had gone for deep tissue massage and only when she started massaging I realised how stiff my muscles were, she knows all tricks of the trades in the sense she put pressure at all the right points of the body, to begin with, some pressure points were painful but after the massage one feel like flying. She was amazing. The place is good in terms of cleanliness but they can create better choices of music and diffuser. Overall, Grace compensates for whatever was missing.
