A special mention to the lounge staff, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The warmth and genuine hospitality we received throughout our stay were outstanding. It’s hard to find the right words to fully express how wonderful the staff are they truly made our vacation special. We are so grateful for such a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended !!"

We stayed twice at the hotel, 1st stay we had a quite room, no complains, 2nd time we did not sleep, extremely loud Airconditioning unit outside of our window 🤨. Food in the restaurant not great! G+T with flat tonic. Room for improvement. Though hotel staff all have big smiles - thank you!"

Room supplies were not on room on checkin and no towels and soap were available in the room. We had to ask for things which was bit annoying.had a chat with front office manager around checkout time. All she said was sorry. Not plesent stay. Breakfast was average."

"Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a great location—right by the beach, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. There's also a convenient store nearby with a restaurant upstairs that serves delicious food. Our deluxe room was clean but near the main entrance so a bit noisy at times. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower took a long time to produce hot water, resulting in wasted water and often uncomfortably cold showers. The water pressure was also quite low. Additionally, there was no shelf near the sink to place toiletries like toothpaste, which made things a bit inconvenient."

"We were dropped off by our taxi at island accomodation and were greated so kindly by the staff at reception. Our taxi driver did the mistake to drop us there as we had actually booked our accomodation at a different place with a similar name. The taxi overcharged us to get there and we ended up in the wrong place with no booking !! When the receptionist realised this mistake, him and the other staff that had just arrived decided to drive us to the place we had originally booked our stay. They went to great length for us, driving us around to find our little guesthouse (which was hard to find with Google map direction). It took them quite some time. We were blown away by their kindness and we really enjoyed the conversations along the way!! We felt so looked after at the time as we were so tired from sailing up for 8 days from nz to Fiji. They could have just called us another taxi but their genuine caring attention went a long way for us. And they did all of this without expecting anything in return. So this review will tell you very little about the actual hotel rooms and details about the hostel (the reception was clean and inviting), but we can say that there is no doubt that your hosts will be amazingly friendly with a good heart and that you will be looked after. We are grateful for this experience, and want to show our appreciation to them for this gesture. Lilou and Hamish from Nz"

The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes’ drive to Nadi town, which has a great selection of food and beverage options. Even better, the coach pick-up point for island hopping tours is conveniently located near the hotel, making day trips effortless. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with reliable and fast Wi-Fi — something I really appreciated. Breakfast was included and provided a good start to the day. Overall, Bua B&B offers great value, especially if you're looking for convenience, comfort, and a strategic base for exploring the area."
