Hotel New Green Plaza

I often stay here because it's cheap and conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Nagaoka Station. Smoking was allowed in the room, but it was well cleaned and there was no smell. The room had twin beds, but there was only one outlet around the bed, so if there are two of you staying, you will need to either bring your own power strip or use the outlet on the dressing table at the foot of the bed. The hotel overall seems a little old-fashioned, but the price is cheap and it's in a good location, so I will definitely stay here again.

To be honest, the building and the rooms are old, but considering the price it's fine. There's a convenience store right in front and Nagaoka Station is very close by, so it's very convenient. The front desk staff are also very friendly.

The location is good, but it is an old hotel, so the corridors are dark and there is only one elevator, so you have to wait a long time!

It was close to the station, and there were no problems with places to eat, so I was able to relax. The parking lot was also easy to find, which was great.

I was bothered by the private conversations at the front desk. There were also too few vending machines, and although they're not on every floor, they're only in front of the front desk on the second floor, which is extremely inconvenient. I think it's a hassle for people living on the top floor or higher. The parking lot is also a gravel road, and if there is a lot of snow, I think it would take a considerable amount of time to leave. It was my first time there, but I don't think I'll go again.
