Good location, small hotel that has a big room fit for 8 persons but only one bathroom. Even reception can speak only Japanese, but he can use translate and make us understand everything.

The room is very poorly soundproofed. The window is very close to the next door building, which is equivalent to having no window. The room smells musty. The child has allergies after sleeping there, and the adult has a rash. The most outrageous thing is that the hotel does not allow luggage storage. There is no staff to be seen during the entire stay. If you have any questions, you can only write an email, but it is useless. The hotel does not accept it at all. There is no way to complain

It is an unmanned self-service check-in and check-out counter. It takes about eight minutes from Osu Kannon Station and ten minutes' walk to the Science Museum. We stayed in a triple room with two double beds and one single bed. The room was big and the bathroom was big. It was not cleaned during our two night stay. The replacement bath towels were placed in a package at the door, and the rubbish was also packed and placed at the door by ourselves. It felt like there was really no one around and we had to do everything by ourselves. There are four rooms on the floor where we live, and there is a washing machine and dryer on each floor, which is very convenient as the whole building does not share three or five machines. You have to bring your own laundry detergent.

Clean rooms, convenient transportation

The hotel is close to Osu Kannon Station. It is only two stations away from Nagoya Station. It is very convenient to go to Osu Shopping Street nearby. The hotel has a free dryer and washing machine. It's great that our family of four can bring less clothes.

The cleanliness and location were very good. It was spacious enough for six adults and everyone gave it high marks. The two sinks were great for a group with many women. However, when there are only women, hair tends to fall in the dressing room, so if there is no room cleaning service, it would be nice if there was something to clean it up. It's hard to wipe the floor by yourself, so...

The service and facilities were all good, but it was a pity that there was no parking. Everything else was satisfactory, but I especially liked the large bathroom. I would like to stay here again if I come here again~

Clean and comfortable room

It was very spacious and beautiful. It was a bit of a walk from the station, but it was nice because it was close to major streets such as Solaria.
