Shima Onsen Tsuruya

My family of three stayed here from August 17th. (Room) We stayed in the Sakura room. It was new, well-cleaned, and a lovely room. The cherry blossom-colored Ryukyu tatami mats were stylish and comfortable. The living room was a little small compared to the other rooms, but it was enough for the three of us. (Meals) All of the kaiseki dishes were delicious and satisfying, but I especially liked the soba noodles with cashew nuts. I even went back the next day to Kachi Soba, a group store. The sweetfish rice was a rice dish. I thought I might not like it, but it was delicious, and they made the leftovers into onigiri. (Service) They were all kind and kept a reasonable distance from me, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. Everyone remembered our names, what we talked about, and our hobbies and preferences, so we were able to spend a comfortable time. (Bath) I thought the open-air bath in the room would be too hot, but it was just right when I actually went in. Yesterday, when I opened the door, it became an open-air bath with a sense of openness. It was clean and comfortable. It was a little inconvenient that there was no water tap within reach so we could fill the bath with water if the water temperature was not to our liking. We used the private bath about four times during our stay. We were worried about having to wait, but we were able to use it freely with almost no wait. The outdoor floor of Kangetsu-no-Yu was a little dirty and there were spider webs on the chairs, which could be improved a little. Overall, it was a great place to stay that was well worth the price, and we think it was the best in Shima Onsen. Highly recommended.

I am a repeat customer. A very comfortable inn. A great place to stay where you can enjoy yourself to the fullest. I will definitely be back. The meal was a sukiyaki course, and the portions were so big I was sure I would burst. The bath in the room had just been renovated, so it was very clean and had a relaxing woody scent. The private bath had also been renovated, and was a lovely space with a luxurious feel. It was a little disappointing that they no longer offered the complimentary drinks that were available when I used it before, but I guess that can't be helped in this economic climate.

My mother and I stayed here together, and all the rooms had an open-air bath and a fireplace in the lounge, so it was a wonderful inn. It was my first time at Shima Onsen, and I was so impressed by the famous hot springs. My body was warmed to the core. The food was also very delicious, especially the karasumi soba, which was exquisite. I was also happy to be able to eat in a relaxing private room. Everyone has their own values, but I think that heartless reviews are completely false. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for letting me have a wonderful time.

First of all, I am glad that I came here for the first time because of the smiles and cheerful attitude of the employees.I came here to take a break after being stressed out at work, so I met everyone with lovely smiles and a clean and well-maintained environment. Thank you very much for the room and facilities.I was able to fully enjoy the private bath without having to wait, and I thoroughly enjoyed the bath in the room. I liked the perfect balance between the outside air and the hot springs, so I was able to relax in the bath. When I ordered my meal at 5:30 pm, the weather was perfect even if I opened the window a little, so I didn't have to turn on the TV and could only enjoy the clear air and the sounds of nature such as the murmuring of the Hiwami River. I was healed. However, I was concerned that the miso soup for breakfast was a little lukewarm. LOL, but overall it was a wonderful inn that I would like to visit again. Thanks to you, I will be able to work hard again from today. thank you very much! Thank you again.

This was my second stay. The last time was in June, in the "Tsuru" room. This time I went to ``Forest''.I enjoyed the quality and temperature of the spring water in the room. Furthermore, the private open-air bath ``Shika nozoki no Yu'' was so relaxing that it would be a shame to enjoy it alone. ♨️♨️This is a nice inn, and the food is also great. Delicious things about white rice! The soba that comes out at the end is also very delicious. When you eat it with corn tempura, the flavor will fill your mouth. This is an inn that I would like to visit again during the autumn leaves season. looking forward to it.
