民宿和名字一樣，獨棟、小院，離大路不足百米，好找且安靜，性價比高。酒店衞生條件好，周邊吃飯方便，離南澳著名的北迴歸線標誌景點也很近，老闆熱情周到，讓人很驚喜的一次入住體驗。

民宿就在青澳灣旁邊，非常適合自駕帶孩子，院子就在路邊非常好找，院內有各種遊樂設施，游泳池，滑滑梯，桌球，房間乾淨整潔，老闆兩夫妻熱情善良，怕我們外地剛過來踩坑，介紹我們吃各種當地美食和遊玩景點。

房間隔音不錯，不過距離海邊有個1公里左右，沒法實現開門見海，算是小遺憾。
老闆很熱情，會幫忙推薦美食和旅遊攻略，服務各方面可以。

沒想到住宿這麼方便，離青澳灣近不説還能有這麼多項目和設施，院子下有泳池，滑滑梯，桌球，草坪等，樓上可以k歌，電玩，麻將，影視。附近有幾個沙灘，各有特色，可讓店家推薦，入住空間大，乾淨又衞生，設施也是新裝修，最大的優勢是店家很熱情，有啥需求都可以提，店家會很有耐心的給你解決和遊玩建議。
