Nice hotel, good location, very convenient. Excellent Restaurant with not too much choice (enjoyed buffet and breakfast), but what was there was well prepared and tasty. Only criticism: difficult to get a non smoker room, as this hotel, like many others, do not put much effort in reinforcing their non-smoking-hotel policy. Finally though they found a room with almost no smoking smell for me, thanks to the good service staff. However it is possible to open the terrace door to let fresh air in. Until 10pm, some noise from activities of the nearby waterpark might be heard, after 10pm it is very quite. Definitely a recommendation, I will go again.

Overall, the experience was just okay, nothing particularly good or bad. Most of the staff were friendly, but one particular female staff member was quite rude. We checked in after 4 PM on the first day, and one of our rooms wasn't ready as the cleaning hadn't been completed. Since we had a tight schedule the next day, we requested a late check-out from the front desk. The initial conversation was fine, but then another female staff member unexpectedly interjected, saying, 'It's your own fault for checking in late. If someone checked in at 10 PM, would we then have to let them check out at 10 PM the following day?' Is this how they provide service? Talking back to a guest like that! I really wonder how they train their staff. The hotel breakfast, however, was quite varied and the food was delicious.

The location is in Lanhu Yujing. The environment is very good. The service is very thoughtful and the attitude is very good. The indoor facilities are clean and comfortable, giving us a complete and pleasant hotel accommodation experience. A very pleasant trip to Nanchang!

I forgot to bring the charger and didn't panic. The most surprising thing is that the 15th floor can wash and dry by myself. The coat I brought was dirty. I threw it in and washed it. I took it out like a new one. I didn't wash it by hand anymore. I came by car. I was worried that parking would cost money to find a parking space. As a result, the hotel had free parking spaces. The security guard also helped me direct the parking, saving a lot of things. Every day before I go out, my room is a little messy. When I come back at night, the quilt is laid out, the garbage is cleared, and even the cosmetics I put on the table are neatly arranged.
