Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room.
This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

The hotel is large and the service is very good. It was already past 8pm when we arrived at the hotel. We were told that there was a simple dinner available. We just didn't have dinner. We thought it would be a simple salad and small bread, but the dishes were very rich. There were also special mixed rice dumplings, preserved egg and lean meat soup, and small hot pot desserts. In short, the meal was very good and happy~
Then there were two free drinks the next morning. You can pick them up on the first floor. I got 2 iced American coffees✌️
July of the hotel was very considerate and prepared the room for us in advance. There were also 2 boxes of bedtime milk at the bedside of the room🥛
The hotel's gym is also great. The equipment is complete and easy to use!
The hotel is also in a good location. It is very close to everything and very convenient.
There are also charging piles for charging trams.
