The room is comfortable in size and has complete facilities, but the hygiene is a bit rough. You can see obvious dust on many things, especially in the dark colors of the room. There is a bathtub on the balcony, but it is covered with a plastic bag, which I don't quite understand. The children's play facilities are complete, but the maintenance is not in place, and there is a lot of garbage in the sand pool.

I brought my kids to Nanchang during the National Day holiday. It was really nice to stay here. The environment was good, the breakfast was delicious, and the surroundings were very quiet. The sanitation was also very clean, and the kids were very friendly. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel design is great, and the landscape elements are integrated in a unique way, but the restaurant on the first floor is the biggest failure in terms of service. The food was served very slowly, and a foreign object was found in one of the dishes.

There are many recreational facilities and the environment is very nice, with Chinese garden design. Children like it very much. There are parent-child playgrounds, infinity pools, electric boats and other projects to play. There are parks and lakes outside, which is suitable for a leisurely vacation with the family.

The hotel has a very good environment, and you can tell at first glance that it was designed by a famous designer; the service staff is very friendly; the room is large, with an open balcony and double sinks; the infinity pool is very good, and the children had a great time; the breakfast is very good, with Cantonese breakfast; there are also lakes and Mopanshan Forest Park around the hotel, and the surrounding environment is also very good!

A very new hotel, owned by Accor Pullman, can be regarded as the ceiling level of Nanchang family hotels. The facilities in the hotel are very good. The front desk helped to upgrade the room on the sixth floor. The night view outside the window is superb. The decoration is in a new Chinese style and very high-end, and the photos are very good. The package I bought includes the non-powered park next to it. There are Mopanshan trails and a large lake around it, which is very suitable for walking children. The breakfast is also rich.

The hotel is a certain distance away from Tengwang Pavilion and Bayi Square, which is suitable for self-driving, but it is convenient to transfer and there are many restaurants around. This time, due to the outdoor equipment exchange, the ground parking spaces are tight, and the underground parking lot is full of vacancies, but the security management personnel informed that there are no spaces for the parking spaces prepared for the leaders of the exchange meeting. I saw that there are at least 30 spaces. I don’t know whether the city leaders are coming or the provincial leaders are coming. After 2 circles, I decided to park at the lobby door. Fortunately, a manager named Tian in the hotel lobby was more serious. He led 3 self-driving cars that drove 2 circles down to the underground garage and scolded the security guards, arranged parking, and informed the leaders that enough parking spaces have been reserved. The hotel serves the guests and does not treat things specially because of certain things. If there is a situation that you really want to inform when you check in, then the guests can choose other check-in times. Security needs to strengthen awareness, but this is something engraved in the bones. The lower the level, the more humble the attitude towards the upper level. These cannot be changed. I just hope that the hotel will strengthen its management awareness. Guests are the source of hotel income, and word of mouth is the continuation of the hotel's survival.
