Hotels in West High-speed Railway Station (Wanda Plaza), Nanchang

Clean, comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. The young lady, Zhu Ling, gave us her WeChat number when we checked in so we could contact her whenever we had questions or requests. That's some service assurance! The maintenance lady volunteered to go to the laundry room to help us out when she overheard we had issues using the washing machine. The room is clean and spacious and the train station is close by. Their free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back if we come to Nanchang again!

The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

旅館空間相當大，是樓中樓的設計，晚上相當安靜，沒有吵雜聲，位置在南昌西站附近，不用搭計程車、出租車，走路即可到達，相當方便，平日價錢更是平易近人，不到一百元人民幣就可以入住，下次來還會再來入住

I missed a book, so I contacted the hotel and the staff sent it out immediately by SF Express and took a photo for me. It was very good service and I will stay there often in the future. The environment and location are very good

Clean and sanitary, large rooms; convenient life, good hotel service attitude, convenient transportation, close to the West Station, it is convenient for self-driving tours or business trips, next to the subway entrance, there are many small restaurants, next to the convention and exhibition center, the overall cost performance is high!

The room is nice, the surrounding self-driving transportation is very convenient, and there is plenty of parking space downstairs.

There is a smell of cigarettes as soon as you enter the door, which is the most unacceptable point. The overall cleanliness of the environment is not very good. The only advantage is that it is closer to the concert, which is more convenient for bringing children.
