This time, I stayed at the Nanchang R&F Wanda Realm Hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warmth of home! The hotel is elegantly decorated, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is refreshing. Special thanks to **Luna** at the front desk. Her warm smile instantly eliminated the fatigue of the journey. When checking in, she was not only efficient and professional, but also carefully asked about our needs and took the initiative to upgrade the room type. What's more thoughtful is that she introduced the hotel's facilities in detail, including the opening hours of the heated swimming pool, the latest equipment in the gym, and recommended delicious food near the hotel! During the stay, Luna always maintained a professional and warm service attitude. Every time she met, she would greet us kindly and solve our needs in time. Such thoughtful and considerate service makes the whole accommodation experience more perfect!
