Xxiwei123An absolutely fantastic experience! First off, the facilities are quite comprehensive. Beyond the usual hotel amenities, they also provide laundry detergent and chargers, and there were fresh lilies in the room! Besides breakfast, they offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, all of which were high-quality, not just an afterthought. The front desk staff were also lovely, greeting me every time I came and went. You can pick up yogurt, tea, and fruit at the front desk, and they even helped me get a package delivered to my room when they saw me waiting for it. You can do laundry and work out here. I got oil on my clothes late at night, and the hotel took them and returned them to my room early the next morning. I stay in hotels frequently, and I've never experienced such excellent service at this price point! Seriously recommend! My only minor complaint is that the bathroom doesn't have a retractable clothesline. Also, a small suggestion: when housekeeping cleans, they don't need to put items back in their original spots. I moved the vase to use the large table, and the cleaning lady moved it back.

Aadn2008My 6D5N stay at MEHOOD EZZI Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The room was spotless, well-designed, and extremely comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, maintaining the same high standard throughout my stay. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned seamlessly.
What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and efficient without ever being intrusive. Every request was handled promptly, which made the entire stay feel smooth and stress-free.
The overall environment of the hotel was calm, clean, and well-maintained. Whether it was the common areas or the dining experience, everything reflected quality and care.
In short, this hotel delivers exactly what it promises—and then some. For a 6-day, 5-night stay, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

LLi Ling PohI had a very comfortable stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The hotel arranged a pick-up for us upon arrival, which made the check-in process very convenient and hassle-free.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.
It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant transit stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's decor is beautiful; it was love at first sight online, but there's not much else to it. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear every conversation in the hallway. One day, there was even drilling from renovations, which the hotel did address immediately, but it's really annoying to encounter renovations when you're on vacation. If I had been informed during check-in, I might not have chosen this hotel.
The breakfast selection is limited, and the taste is mediocre. I booked the hotel with welcome fruit included, but it wasn't delivered (other hotels I've stayed at always provided it proactively, so I wasted my loyalty points).
The front desk staff's service awareness needs improvement. The pillows are too flat; one is too low, and two are too high. The fridge drinks are free and replenished. The bathroom door design is really odd!
I've stayed at Hoshana many times before, and also a few times after it was acquired by Huazhu. The changes are indeed significant. It's positioned as a luxury hotel, but personally, I don't think it meets that standard. Brands like Manxin and Ji Hotel offer better value for money. My sentimental attachment is gone, and I probably won't choose this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Nanchang East Station and provides free pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appointment in advance with the front desk. The front desk Xiao Wu is also very polite and enthusiastic. The facilities, services and hygiene are all good. It is worth coming again.

JJason Zhou WSLocation: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view!
Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb.
Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~
Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from.
Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

QQifengkekeThe hotel room has an excellent location, very close to most attractions, and transportation is super convenient – everything is within walking distance! From the floor-to-ceiling window in the hotel room, you can see the Jewelry Street, Wanshou Palace, and Tianhong Shopping Mall, all lit up beautifully at night. The hotel also offers a rich and delicious breakfast, which saved us a lot of time. The room itself was clean and tidy.

From the front desk to room service and the restaurant, every single member of staff was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and patient. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, always with a friendly smile. Any questions or requests (such as asking for directions or needing extra items) were met with prompt, detailed answers and assistance, making us feel right at home.
