"This is our third stay at this incredible hotel (a total of about 15 nights). We're a family of 4 people and have booked 2 rooms every time. The food: Breakfast has loads of options and it varies slightly from one morning to the next. After breakfast there is high tea until 10PM. There you can have coffee, tea, juice, cakes, fruits, rice porridge etc., for free all day. At 10PM the night meal starts. There you can eat noodles, also for free. Snacks such as fruits and drinks, are delivered to the room in the evening. The water: There are bottles in the room, but there are also bottles by the elevator that you can take if you need more. So basically you can have as much water as you want. The laundry service: It's just one of the best aspects of this hotel. We put your laundry outside the room in the morning, and when we came back in the afternoon it was in our room. Cleaned, dried and folded. For free!! The staff: All of the staff is very friendly and polite if it's the ladies at the reception, the men standing in front of the hotel, the cleaning ladies, the staff in the breakfast area... All of them nice and welcoming. Late checkout (at 4PM at no extra cost). The spa: We went to the spa for a massage. It doesn't belong to the hotel even if it's a part of it. Very good experience. The ladies were nice and you can eat as much as you want (snacks or noodles), for free. The bad aspects: I honestly can't find any bad things to say about this hotel, even if I try! We'll definitely be back."

"Clean, comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. The young lady, Zhu Ling, gave us her WeChat number when we checked in so we could contact her whenever we had questions or requests. That's some service assurance! The maintenance lady volunteered to go to the laundry room to help us out when she overheard we had issues using the washing machine. The room is clean and spacious and the train station is close by. Their free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back if we come to Nanchang again!"

"MERCURE Tengwang Pavillion hotel is located just across Tengwang Pavillion and offers a great night view. Lot of eateries around for food options. Room is very clean and staff is very friendly.They allowed me to early checkin at 10am and late checkout next day at 2pm. I want to specifically than Ella ,front desk hotel staff memeber who helped me with food options and any other travel related information. She is definitely a great employee for the hotel group and left a very warm impression for me."

"I usually book Holiday Inn Express Hotel, this is the same standard like the others. The staff is kind and helpful, the room is clean and the breakfast is full of very good food. Take care, durung the winter the restaurant is very cold"

"The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify"

"It is very close to Nanchang West Station, only eight or nine minutes' walk away. Very convenient. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. The room facilities are complete and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The breakfast was very rich. Easy parking. Very cost-effective."

"Located near the 八一大桥，2min walk very near the subway line. Carpark infront of the lobby is always full, taxi drivers always have hard time in the carpark. Overall a nice hotel with nice bed."

"The room is very spacious, decorated in a modern style, the pillows are very comfortable, and there are desks, tea tables, and sofas. The breakfast variety is not large but nutritious and can meet our needs. It is next to Wanda Plaza and close to the subway station, so it is very convenient to travel. "Good support and communication at reception for non-Chinese speaker. Clean room and clean restaurant for breakfast. Reception of cellphones in bathroom is not good and I need to be close to the window to have stable connection during video talk. I will come back."

"This Atour Hotel is quite good. It has a great location, right by the river, and the rooms have a small river view. The hotel will open in 2023. It has excellent facilities and the guest rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is not included nor served, and costs more than 60 yuan per person at your own expense. The variety is sufficient, but there are many people eating breakfast, and it takes a certain amount of time to queue. Moreover, we eat in a hurry because we don’t want to take up the seat for too long. The laundry room has multiple washing and drying machines, which can effectively meet the clothing needs of RV guests. The room was cleaned very well, the waiters were very polite, especially the supervisor, Miss Mei, who was very talkative and gave a lot of information about life in Nanchang. There are two areas that I am not satisfied with. 1. There is a serious shortage of passenger elevators. There are only two elevators that serve 21 floors. During peak hours, the waiting time is usually more than 10 minutes. In addition, there is only one robot responsible for delivering foreign goods, and the waiting time is often very long. 2. The attitude of the front desk staff is average and cold, which does not make guests feel welcome. There was also no good introduction to the hotel facilities, such as supper. It doesn't help much with the overall impression of Atour!"
