位處懷遠樓停車場附近幾十米不遠處，民宿門口自帶兩個停車位可以使用，不用大小行李箱拖着走石頭路。民宿老闆還自營飯店，解決了外出就餐困擾。門口小路往裡走幾步就到懷遠樓，再沿小溪就可以經過大水車大榕樹的雲水謠古鎮，再走1公里多就到和貴樓。
與房東聊天，就跟家裡人一樣，很是親切。原是説好10元一個人的早餐費，結果一分不收送了我們兩個人的早餐。每人一碗熱粥一個肉包、饅頭、雞蛋，還有一碟小菜。雖然是普通家常飯菜，但心意滿滿，對於外出吃多油膩飯菜的人，這種清淡早餐顯得更加貼心。民宿門口就有茶田，還有種植玉米、生薑、小葱…簡直就是用來拯救鋼筋水泥房裡長大的孩子的認知。夜晚伴着蟲鳴蛙叫入眠，就像回到了小時候。每個房間都配有紗窗，沒有蚊蟲進去。有機會還得再來發呆走走。

乾淨的民宿，裝修很小清新，我們訂的是一樓的大床房，價格實惠，入住體驗好。晚餐是老闆親自下廚，量大新鮮，味道不錯。老闆的父親一直前後忙來忙去，給我們泡茶，提供許多有用的遊覽訊息。是一次很好的住宿經歷。
