Clean room but basic amenities. Breakfast was below average with limited items and the noodles weren’t very flavorful. Coffee machine in the lobby not working. But the room was simple and clean and in a great location.

Staying for 3 days at level 12, tower A. Tower B is newest after upgraded renovation. Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and we do enjoy our stays. Good toiletries and all towels and bathrobes are in packaging. The mattress is soft, probably elderly prefer hard type. The only feedback is the pressure of the water is low. The breakfast was good but type of food was same daily Staffs’ service were good, they were approachable and polite. As I didn’t tour the hotel, I didn’t see any gym or swimming pool.

The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the hotel is great. It rained for a few days during my visit so I didn't get to see the sunrise/sunset in the room. The bathroom was surprisingly equipped with a speaker connected to the TV so I could listen to music and relax while washing. I will choose this place again next time I come to Nanning.

I came to Nanning to play for a few days! I regret not discovering the Mehao Lizhi Hotel earlier~ To be honest, this is the best hotel I stayed in Nanning, it was a surprise! From the time I got off the bus to the hotel front desk, I was smiling and serving, very enthusiastic! The location of the hotel is also good. Although it is not far from the places I want to go, and it is quite far from the subway entrance, it is very convenient to take a taxi, which is directly to the door. Speaking of the door, the doorman will open the door and hold an umbrella for me. It is very polite. This makes me feel very surprised. The breakfast is also rich and varied, very similar to the dishes in the self-service fast food restaurant. There are five or six dishes cooked early in the morning. The noodles can be eaten after boiling. There are also some Cantonese dim sum, coffee machines and toast bread, which are rich and varied. Because it is a breakfast exchanged with points, I think the cost performance is super high. The afternoon tea is also very good. There are four or five kinds of fruits, as well as some small cakes. The brewed flower tea is very delicious and there are many categories! ! ! ! The lobby environment is elegant, clean, spacious and bright, and the room facilities are all available! This is the hotel I stayed in. I found that the hotel even prepared makeup remover and facial cleanser for girls (ps: the face towel is not very easy to use!). The attitude is warm, and I especially thank the beautiful little sheep! The service attitude is really great, my parents have been praising her! She smiled very sweetly! She also helped me take the luggage and sent us upstairs, and carefully informed us of the use of the hotel, etc.! She contacted us in advance to arrange the room, and if there is a problem, she will solve it immediately! I am still very satisfied and willing to recommend friends and relatives who come to Nanning to stay here! Great! ! In the evening, sugar water and milk will be delivered to the room, which is really thoughtful! The staff are very warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home.

It was a very satisfying stay. The service of Tianlong Bay is the main reason why I always like to stay here. From placing the order to checking in, and then to checking out, the guest Xiao Fu provided meticulous service throughout the whole process, which is indeed not available in other hotels. The hotel is in a very good location, in the Qingxiu District business district but not noisy. The room facilities are complete, with a small refrigerator and free drinks. The breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is very rich and delicious. It is the first choice for five-star hotels!

This is my second time staying here. I chose this place because it is close to Vientiane City. The hotel service is good, and you can also use the lucky wheel to upgrade the room. It's good. The environment is also OK. Recommended to stay here.

Excellent place to stay. Location is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Very patient in answering all our questions about going to places in Nanning. Hotel also provided drinks, milk and foot soaks daily. Staff in lobby lent us umbrella when there is rain and even helped to receive our online shopping. All our needs were met even unusual requests to store food we wanted to bring back in their fridge. Feels like home, highly recommended.

The bed is soft and comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The hotel's service attitude is very good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Whether it is the front desk reception or the restaurant waiter, it makes people feel at home.

The hotel I chose for my first holiday trip was surprisingly good. The front desk service was good, and the ladies and brothers were very enthusiastic. Because I was pregnant, I wanted a quiet room with a window, which was also satisfied. The hotel corridor had a bit of newly renovated furniture smell, but not in the room, which I think is completely negligible. I stayed for three consecutive nights, and every time I entered and exited the hotel, I felt that this trip to Nanning was perfect because I chose this hotel. I didn't take photos because I don't comment often.
