The staff is extremely friendly, and the location is spot-on (close to probably the best shopping mall in the city). I personally enjoy the view, and the super-comfy bed~

This hotel is in a very good location. Lots of restaurants malls around. Parkson is a great mall for food. Also Crowne plaza is very clean and the staff is friendly. They even let us check out late. And Krystal was very friendly and helped us a lot. Her English is very good.

The swimming pool advertised online isn't operated by the hotel it is a separate company. You have to buy swimming cap from 38, so it's like a paying service. The staff is far from nice , we had complications with our booking and they didn't even want to help just extra charge.

Crowne Plaza Nanning will always be my first choice whenever I return to this beautiful city. From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff at the lobby went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel truly valued. Our room was spacious and comfortable — it felt just like home. What touched me most were the thoughtful, handwritten notes from our housekeeper, a personal touch that added warmth to our stay. It was a really good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Amenities were provided and services were great too. Location is great and beside malls and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Nanning.

Very nice hotel. Nice swimming pool and very good buffet breakfast. Located in the business center and very near to the biggest shopping mall and just in front of a nice street food. Very recommended

High floor with good view, the sound proofing of the room is not bad that I didn’t hear any noise for my 2 nights stay.
The street behind the hotel has quite some restaurants and massage place.

First and second night room door unable to open. Needs a maintenance guy to open up the door. Ask for changing rooms no more room available seems their holiday. Onwards for the rest of the day no problems of staying.
