"Everything was perfect. The staff. The food. My favorite lunch of my whole trip so far The location. The room. Parking. The only surprise was to find out that it was shared toilets. That was not clear on the website. We had the triple room because I wanted the wooden bath which was wonderful. However with no toilet in the room we had to go go down the hallway. There were two toilets for 6 rooms. Luckily there were only two other guests in the hotel to share with."

The food at this inn is delicious, and the staff is very helpful! If you're driving from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go, the hotel is about an hour's drive from Shirakawa-go! This hot spring hotel is highly recommended!"
