An oasis in the middle of Napoli! Clean, comfortable and secure. Arrived hot, thirsty and hungry so greatly appreciated the drinks and snacks on arrival. Highly recommend.

It’s Room Hotel is in a fantastic position - really secure and close to all the great things in Naples. Welcome is warm and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Love having a kettle and a fridge so we can make tea in the morning. We felt very well looked after.

Excellent hotel in heart of Napoli’s Centro Storico. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Well appointed family room that was perfectly sized and comfortable for two adults and two children. Absolutely would stay again when visiting Napoli.

Top class apartment! New, fresh, clean, great contact with staff, all possible facilities in room, almost like in 5*hotel! Location in the best part of centre! With pleasure I will visit again! In room are also air conditioning, fridge, tea set, dryer.. all what you need! Great place to stay in Naples!

The room was very clean, comfortable and recently renovated. We had a view of a traditional street in Central historic district and of the castle in the distance The staff was clear on instruction to check in; responsive To questions and helpful with storing luggage when we arrive early

Great location, very close to popular attractions. The owner was extremely kind and helpful in solving problems. I recommend using the shuttle service suggested by the owner if you are traveling with large suitcases, as the hotel is situated on an uphill street.

Coming back to Italy after so many years was an emotional experience, and staying at Its Room Naples made it even more special. Living in America, I had almost forgotten the warmth and hospitality that make this country unique. The host and the team welcomed me with open arms, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Naples without any hassle. This stay brought back so many wonderful memories, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
