More of a hotel than a hostel, very comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and location is amazing. Previous reviews are somewhat hilarious - elevators in Italy are small, this place does not have bedbugs (there IS an outbreak in France however, perhaps the visitor had come from there?) area was amazing (kids at the bodega outside are college kids, not "junkies") with plenty of restaurants and museums within walking distance. As with many Italian hotels, you have to insert one of the keys inside the room once you enter to turn on the electricity (response to someone who complained there was no power.) It was affordable and we liked it so much that we came back for a second visit!

The hotel was in a great location and felt safe. The room was nice and in good condition, and it was cleaned daily. There was no fridge in the room which would have been nice but it didn't bother us that much. Also, the bed and pillows were a bit hard for our personal preference but again not was not much of a bother for us. The staff were lovely and when we checked in we were given a map of Naples with attractions and transport routes which helped us a lot during out stay. The wifi had great connection. The elevator is really small but was reliable.

We stayed with our family, € 200 for a quadruple room with air conditioning without remote control, breakfast will be served at the time they have set with low-quality frozen products, rude staff. I'm sorry but with € 200 you need much more

Great 5-day stay with friends at Giovanni's, warm and organized welcome (we even received an email with the procedure for checking in ourselves). Excellent exchanges and recommendations from Giovanni (he kindly booked the taxi for our return). Our room was very good, clean (cleaning done every day) equipped with a TV, a safe and a hair dryer. There was also a coffee machine and kettle in the common hallway. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for visiting EVERYTHING and seeing in Naples. We will return without hesitation to Giovanni!!!!

I stayed in this hotel over the new year period. The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building in the immediate vicinity of Spaccanapoli, in the historic center. The location is excellent for visiting the historic center of Naples, less so for visiting other parts of the city as the metro station is not very close. At night the area is not the best. Inside, the hotel spaces are clean and well cared for. The rest of the building is not well cared for. The elevator is very small and slow. the double room was very small, but clean enough. In the bathroom there was a shower with a large cubicle. The bathroom has no window and the ventilation was broken. The supply of very limited hygiene products (two sachets of shower gel, a cap and a small bar of soap), the not very powerful hairdryer. Staff always polite and helpful. I think the value for money is low, we spent more than 130 € per night, but the room and the structure did not deserve them.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! il b&b è vicinissimo alla stazione quindi molto comodo se arrivate con il treno e vicino alla metro per potersi spostare. Lo consiglio vivamente, noi avevamo una quadrupla la stanza era molto grande e spaziosa. Un ringraziamento particolare alla titolare molto gentile e disponibile.
