Wonderful area in Naples! Towels so soft! Loved being inside the monestary with the tourists, clergy and school.

Five friends staying for 2 nights. We were welcomed in a very open hearted way. The rooms, baths amazingling clean. For whatever we asked, somebody was there to help us. The atmosphere is friendly, the breakfast was scrumptious. Especially the sfogliatelle. We definitely like to come back. Thanks very much to Guiseppe, Marco & the others!

Disappointing Stay Despite Helpful Staff
I had high expectations for this property due to the historic nature of the building, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst accommodation of our entire trip through Italy. We stayed in a variety of places—hotels, Airbnbs, agriturismos—and this was by far the most disappointing.
The main issue was the bathroom, specifically the hot water supply. As a family of four, having reliable hot water is essential. Sadly, it was completely inconsistent. Sometimes the hot water would stop midway through a shower, and I was the most unlucky one-- never had any hot water at all—despite waiting 10 minutes each time, standing in freezing conditions (it was 12°C that night). It made what should have been a relaxing experience after a long day sightseeing, uncomfortable.
The only reason I’m giving any stars at all is because of the wonderful service from Giuseppe and Marco. Giuseppe in particular went out of his way to help us—he found us a nearby parking garage, fixed the Wi-Fi when it wasn’t working, and was always quick to respond to messages. Their support was much appreciated, but unfortunately, even their best efforts couldn’t resolve the ongoing water issues.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience impacted our trip, and I feel it’s important to share for anyone considering this property during the colder seasons. Until the water issues are fully resolved, I can't recommend this place.

Unfortunately my experience was not good. I arrived having booked a room three months ago to find that they were renovating the kitchen and sitting room. My only space was my room which was very pleasant but not where I want to be all the time. Breakfast was not available in the Casa but I could get breakfast over the road. Access was a problem and I asked about my concerns- as there was no reception, I had to make sure I was in my room by 7pm or I would have been locked out. There was little help with any tourist advice or interest in my welfare. I wanted to go out to get dinner but when I asked about access in the church next door, I was abruptly told the church was closed and I had to return at 10am the next day. I am surprised that if the Casa was not functioning to full capacity, I was not contacted and asked to find alternative accommodation. Make sure you check what is happening here before you book!

A wonderful, intimate experience. My only complaint is the difficulty finding overnight parking (I used an app to reserve a spot at a location about 15 minutes away on foot).

The street it was on was dirty. The property had a bad oder, the building was very odd. The person who met us there, Marco, did his best to welcome us.

Such a fantastic little find. This is a lovely community-led business that is run by a team who has the neighborhood’s interest at heart. The manager and company went out of their way to make sure we found the place ok and were settled in, despite coming in many hours late due to a delayed flight. I challenge you to find a B&B who cares quite as much in the more popular tourist district! Rione Sanita is the perfect location to base yourself. You can easily visit the catacombs, Archeological museum, and the lovely Capodimonte park at the top of the hill. The few times we wondered into the tourist district, we were always ready to return home to Rione Sanita. Naples is such a wonderful city, just take our word and stay in this cozy district. Breakfast was tasty, showers are small, but hot with good pressure, and AC works great. Overall all a very comfortable stay. Good luck to the team and thank you for taking great care of us.
