Located in the countryside, far away from the touristic attractions; but once you know where the metro station is, about 25-min walk, it gets pretty convenient. Yes, it is that kind of hotel; however, all amenities worked well, and it was by far the most spacious room we had during our stay in Kansai.

We were given a smoking room as we can pick up the smell...most unpleasant for non smokers. It provides lots of extra stuff especially for young couples..interesting "love" hotel. Straight line drive to Nara Park.

It's so clean and seem luxurious.It has a massage chair and they can keep our baggages if we check out in the day time ,so that we don't need to take it with us during the day time when we travel around before we came back to the hotel.

This hotel may be a love hotel and a little far off the normal track but I honestly couldn't recommend a better hotel. It's - cheap, well maintained, the staff are nice, rooms are huge and so many cheap amenities
