GGuest UserThe hotel is next to the station which is convenient. Hotel staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean. The only problem was that our room wasn't warm enough, but the hotel staff sorted out this problem. Next time I visit Japan I will be staying in this hotel.

FFNCMariIt was directly connected to the station, so it was easy to find, and there were convenience stores and Starbucks nearby, and a Matsumotokiyoshi on the first floor, so the location was great. The room was clean and the bathtub was large, which was nice. Check-in is self-service, but if you get confused, they'll guide you online! The staff were also polite, and I'd like to use this hotel again! I only stayed one night, but they were very helpful.

Ppppuppy3Although the small room I booked is only 11 square meters. But the hotel is very close to the tram station. After exiting Shin-Narashino Station, turn right and walk straight for about 3 minutes. The transportation is very convenient. There are English-speaking staff at the front desk, and the check-in process is not troublesome. The hotel environment is also very good. Clean and odorless. Although the plane is small, it is also equipped with a small refrigerator. 👍🏻👍🏻
