The valet parking service was terrible. Long wait for vehicle to be retrieved each time because of confusion related to my name being spelled incorrectly.

I honestly love this hotel, however, the lady that check us in this time was not pleasant, she looked me and my partner up and down. I had to greet her because she didn’t greet me. She then asked if I had been there before and I said yes, so she just gave me my key and sent me on my way. I was like, “um, could you remind me of the breakfast times, and where things are at, etc?” Her peer was so pleasant and kind to his guest, it made me feel not wanted for the first time.

Valet is aweful- plan for ur car at least an hour
The Valet is understaffed - excessive wait times especially in the morn. $38 a night is a rip off and money grab.

This property was great but parking was only valet at $40/night. Self park was $55/night. So take that into account when pricing out this hotel.

Valet lost car key!!! Scam - beware!
Our stay at this hotel felt like a scam. We were told we had to valet or pay $55 to park across the street. We were charged 3x for one night of parking and then the valet company lost our car key. It took them 5 hours to find our key. They did not provide sheets or pillows for the pull out couch for 2.5 hours. We asked 4 times and received them at 10pm. We were overcharged by Marriott who told us to ask ********** for a refund and ********** told us only Marriott could resolve the issue.

The atmosphere of the hotel felt very high scale, smelled amazing, and was clean and quiet. Workers were very helpful. Amazing breakfast! Nice room setup with kitchen and good size bathroom.

First time staying here. The hotel was clean and close to downtown. Staff was excellent from the front desk to the valet to the cleaning staff. We will stay here again.

the breakfast was amazing and overall we were pleased with our stay. The only problem I had was that the parking was $38 a day and then we were expected to tip at least $7 every time someone parked or retrieved our car. I could not afford to spend the fee to park and an additional $14 every time I wanted to use my car and was even asked directly by one of the valet staff if I had gotten the text the last time after I didn't tip. If you are going to charge guests that much to park their car, you should just pay your staff better instead of relying on additional tips.
