Came to visit Vanderbilt University, right next to the university, upgraded to a high floor, the executive lounge dinner and breakfast were good, the food quality was good, and the family lived very comfortably!

Clean room. Staff was pleasant. Was not able to connect to the free wi-fi and finally gave up. It would have been nice to have some kind of written instructions on how to connect to wi-fi even if it was on the Marriot Bonvoy app.

Nice large room, clean though room had a slight musty smell noticed when first entering. Restaurant was short staff the one morning I went there for coffee and juice. Waitress was pleasant but overwhelmed, acting as both hostess and waitress.

Good stay Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was a little expensive but the parking attendants were also very friendly and helpful. Also attended a conference at the hotel while there. Food was good. Technical and hospitality teams were very good too. Overall, enjoyed my stay.
