The hotel environment is good, the facilities are a bit old but not bad, but the service is too bad, maybe they have always been like this.
There are free shuttle buses between several hotels, but it's best to ask for directions.
The price does not include breakfast, no bottled water, no slippers, and no other room service items except room cleaning.
The hotel also misremembered the bill and charged randomly. Fortunately, it was negotiated through Ctrip. Although the hotel was very procrastinating, the matter was resolved. Thank you Ctrip.
Unless there are special circumstances in this Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas, the price/performance ratio and service are very poor, so it is not worth going.

The first day of the renminbi more than 3,900, the next day, more than 5,000, the third day, more than 7,000, the real tmd, the front desk, the efficiency of the front desk was extremely slow, the second day, the room continued to tell me that I was the last one and must let me change from the 18th floor to the 15th. The room type is not the same price, even if I told me that I must be doubled because of another room? How do WTF guests know that he lives a few floors? I didn't expect that when I played Check in, he gave me the 7th floor. I felt that I was being played. The front desk often had a person at night. The brain was not very good. The efficiency was particularly low. The system was very old. It really gave more than 1 point. I lost 20,000 knives in the casino. No one told me that I could change points for the hotel. When I check out, a friend told me that I would go back and ask them to say it is too late.

The room rate is clean, tidy and noise-free. The outdoor entertainment area is great. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are both good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is great value for money.

The mattress is smaller than the bed frame, so it’s easy to knock your thighs
Regarding the service, it is also very average.
Therefore, the price/performance ratio based on this price is still a bit low.

GGuest UserThis is the cheapest hotel in downtown Bahamas that I booked. I went there without any expectations, but since it is run by the same Asian woman and locals, I think I was able to stay more comfortably from an Asian perspective. Not only that, everything was within a 10-minute walk from downtown, and in the evening, the fireworks from the cruise were so good that I watched it like an event. The owner personally cleaned and managed the entire hotel, so the bathroom was very clean, and I found out later that they even provided bread, milk, and eggs for simple meals. They also have an air fryer, oven, etc., so it would be nice to cook in the expensive Bahamas! The hotel facilities were nice, and there were chairs and tables so that I could eat outside, so I ate dinner there. The owner came and took pictures for me. Lastly, they gave me a souvenir before I left. I was so grateful that they gave me a mug, a T-shirt, and a hat, and if I come back to the Bahamas, I think I will stay here again! This is the kind of place I will stay! Actually, when Koreans come to the Bahamas, most of them come for honeymoons and stay at very expensive hotels, but if you are a couple like us or come with friends, I recommend this hotel! The hotel staff knows a taxi driver, so they give you a cheaper price than other taxi drivers. (Bahamian taxis are really crazy expensive... They give you a price that is 5-10 dollars cheaper than other places!)
GGuest UserWe found this resort to have everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. The majority of the staff was very welcoming and courteous every time we had any encounter with them. I found the bartenders at the lobby bar not so friendly. It was hard to get their attention and at times felt I have been overlooked. Otherwise I have all good things to say about this resort. I would definitely visit this resort again. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

YYinNot far from the airport, but also need to call a car, this is the best hotel in the Bahamas this time, better than the countryt of dt, the same price should be the best, this hotel was temporarily booked on the same day, because staying The airbnb on Pig Island is too bad, so I decided that the home looked good, and Ctrip had no comment, so I planned to gamble. I arrived early in the day, but I also checked in early. If the fee is about two thousand RMB per night, I paid almost a hundred dollars in tax when I checked out. Unfortunately, I did not experience the swimming pool behind the hotel. It looks very good. The stay is very comfortable, there is a balcony, the decoration is quite new, it is recommended to experience, there is a casino downstairs, did not go.
GGuest UserAlthough it was Hilton, it felt like a good hotel at first, but I was a bit disappointed that the room was relatively humid. Facilities and environment are not as good as Hilton elsewhere. But the location is good. Full breakfast is rich and varied. Also I don't think the view of the hotel beach is particularly good.
AAl92Hotel location is nice, 10 min from the airport, private beach and pool etc.. however like everything else in Nassau it wasn't really worth the money. The property facilities weren't great, for €350 a night, there was a small pool bar shack with a limited selection of drinks, limited sun loungers. Our room was fine, but quite small and pretty dated. The staff were all friendly and helpful though and there are a few nice restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. As places in Nassau go, it's nice, however don't expect value for money or luxury.
GGuest UserBeside a daily tax fee of $55, that was never mention, they put a hold on my card for $200. A day for amenities or daily charges, TOTAL $800 BUCKS MANDATORY. I was not on property to use any unless it was to sleep in my room. So on check out they informed me it would be FIVE TO TEN BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THEY RELEASED MY $800 DEPOSIT. Now they have had my money for five days & now they want to keep it for another FIVE TO TEN DAYS.. WHO DOES THAT???
GGuest UserThe hygiene is average, the environment is average, the food is expensive and not tasty, and most of the reviews are true. The service staff really doesn't provide any service. I used to think that the Bahamas is like that, but after going out to downtown, I found that it is like this in the hotel, and it is indeed ✅ that white people are more friendly. The noodle bar is terrible, but the pizza lab and the buffet opposite are okay. The fish in Marcus is delicious and fresh, and the swimming pool and beach are okay...
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is all inclusive with food and drinks included. It didn't feel like a fancy hotel to me and the designs felt dated. One of the major pools was closed. The food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of different restaurants open at different days. The beach was filled with sea grass and it wasn't enjoyable at all. Overall the stay was good but not sure if I'll stay again.
LlisacaoyangThe hotel has a good environment, with a swimming pool and garden, and is easily accessible. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker, and tableware, so you can cook your own meals. There is a small supermarket next to it.
The equipment needed timely repairs, there was almost no hot water, the door lock would not open, and a new lock was later installed.
Breakfast costs an additional $8.90.
OOngJasmineThe Holiday Inn Express is perfect for people who want a clean and comfortable accommodation without staying at an ”all-inclusive” resort. The Bahamian culture and the Nassau area are so beautiful, and it would be a shame to lock yourself into a sealed resort where you don't really interact with locals. Service here was fantastic -- my air conditioner was misbehaving a bit on the first day, and I asked someone to come take a look, and instead they upgraded me to a larger room to make sure they had time to look at the a/c and that I didn't spend a moment being uncomfortable, which was above and beyond my expectations. They have a really tasty hot breakfast, and their snack selection, available 24 hours a day to be picked up at reception and billed to your room, is broad and includes even full microwave meals (for when you're hungry at 3am on an island with very to no overnight food places available). The prices are very, very reasonable, as well -- after snacking pretty consistently throughout my seven-day stay, I expected my snack and beer bill to get a little crazy, but it turned out to be about $20 after I ate and drank well over $20 worth of stuff. It's easy to walk to downtown and shop, book tours, etc. from here, and the beach is right across the street. The Fish Fry at Arawak Cay is a 5-10 minute walk away as well. Most of what I wanted to see and do was an easy commute on foot, and cabs to and from the hotel were reasonably priced, when I was way too tired. Plus, the #10 city bus runs right past it. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers who are pretty independent in a new location, but also like comfort and great service. It was the perfect balance for me.
