The hotel has one beach/pool bar and one restaurant where you eat every meal from breakfast to dinner. You pay once for each meal, the hotel has no offer for its guests or families. When ordering shakshuka, I asked if there was an option to make it less spicy, I received the answer that there was no such option - the level of spiciness was so high that I didn't finish the portion. For dinner we opted for lobster - the display on the ice showcase seemed promising - we got a large portion of noodles and meat as much as for the medicine - all the dignity of the dish disappeared! In addition, we had the impression that it was completely out of season, there were no attractions on the hotel grounds regardless of the time of day (the period between Christmas and New Year) for children and adults - you can swim on the sup or boat but you have to pay extra. One day we were invited to a building located in the garden of the hotel for a meeting. It was supposed to be a club for people who like to travel at a high level - to be honest, their offer sounded like a financial pyramid.I was very surprised that a hotel at this level does not chastise its guests from such offers - one may have mixed feelings. We spent 5 nights and for another 5 nights we moved to a famous hotel and aquapark. I will say frankly there is no comparison! The offer of attractions , culinary arts and experiences was amazing. I would only add that the cost of the other was 2 times less than Goldwynn - in total I visited about 40 hotels. It was the first time I experienced such a huge disappointment.

The owner is an amazing woman. She was very helpful, easy to reach, and accommodating. She responded to questions quickly which was impressive as we made initial inquiries four time zones away. While there she also responded to messages quickly. The apartment had everything we needed including a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, and a microwave. We even had a private outdoor area. We were there comfortably for a week. The location was very nice as well. We didn't have to drive far to have all of our needs met. What was interesting is that by contacting her directly we got a better price than going through typical travel search engines.

Brunch and dinner are delicious, drinks and drinks are free. Free burger fries and wine drink by the pool is available all day.

Even after the power was restored, the water remained dirty for more than two hours, preventing us from taking a bath. We had to wash our faces and brush our teeth with bottled water, as if we were staying in a hotel in the middle of a jungle. Additionally, I had specifically mentioned that there would be two people staying in the room, but it was only prepared for one. When we requested another robe, slippers, water, and towel on the first night, a very rude lady from guest services replied, ”We don't have any robes; we will deliver it in the morning,” and hung up on me while I was still speaking. The rest of the requested items arrived two hours later, which was unbelievable. Every morning of our stay, we were woken up at 7 a.m. by an extremely annoying sound. When we asked about it, the response was, ”Oh yes, that's the electric plant. It's normal,” instead of offering an apology or a solution. My dad and siblings were staying in two different rooms, and they experienced the same issues, along with additional instances of extremely poor service. Aside from the bad service and terrible experience at the hotel, the restaurants were EXTREMELY expensive. I have never in my life paid $12 for a black coffee or $6 for a single egg. If you go, I highly recommend eating outside the hotel or buying groceries and beverages to keep in your room. In summary, I will never return to this hotel. I would rather spend the money renting an apartment or a catamaran.
