"The room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. It faced a farm, so we didn't have to go far to see the goats and cows. It was cloudy, but I think if it had been clear, we'd have been able to see lots of stars."

"My room featured a balcony with views of the golf course, making for a very comfortable stay. The course meal truly impressed me with its creative and thoughtful preparation of vegetables and fruits, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was the perfect hotel for someone like me looking for a quiet, solo retreat. Next time, I'm looking forward to joining the stargazing night tour."

"The food was very delicious. The massage machine was also free and conscientious. The extension was not connected and I had to go every time to contact the front desk. It was a hot spring with strong sulfur. The futon had to be laid by itself, and the futon was quite thin and my body hurt."

"The staff who checked us in was the worst. They spoke very politely, but their explanations were very difficult to understand. Also, when we left the building and were shown around the facility, they silently snatched the map my sister had several times and explained things to me while showing me the map, which surprised me. It's not a hotelier thing, but it's unthinkable as a person. This time, we booked three rooms: my parents, my family, and my sister's family. First, they showed my parents' room, and then we were told to "cross that bridge," so we started walking ahead, and behind me, I heard a voice explaining to my sister's family, "Now, I'll show you where the lounge is." What, my parents and we can't use the lounge? I thought, so I turned back and asked, "No, everyone can use the lounge!"... If that's the case, shouldn't they explain it to everyone, including my parents? In the end, only my parents were there when they were explaining where the lounge was, but they repeatedly said, "This is for use by people up to 12 years old!" I think that's why they do it, because both my family and my sister's family have small children, but I felt very uncomfortable when they repeatedly emphasized something that should have been clear once. The other staff were very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals and activities, but the first woman's nonsensical service bothered us, and the trip left us all feeling unsatisfied."

"Considering the price, this was an absolutely wonderful hotel! The room we stayed in had a private bathroom and toilet, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The location is also very convenient, with a CoCo's restaurant, a large supermarket, and a drugstore nearby. It's also an easy base for accessing Nasu's museums and tourist attractions. The hotel features a charming and cozy common living area where we could enjoy tea and coffee. There's also a large parking lot that can accommodate many cars, and a lovely terrace where we could relax. Additionally, there's a hot spring bath available for guests to use within the hotel. The staff were all kind, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. We were extremely satisfied. We would definitely love to stay here again when we visit Nasu next time!"

"This is a wonderful place where you can experience Mongolian culture not only in the gers but throughout the entire facility. Even though it was a warm and snowy day, the heating worked well inside the gers and we were very warm. The toilets were always clean and never crowded. The hot springs were just the right temperature, so we could enjoy them at our leisure even with children. We had delicious and filling meals in the morning and evening. When you check in, you can choose between early or late meal times. If you want to avoid the crowds, it's a good idea to ask at the front desk which would be best. I also appreciated the warm service from the staff."

"The hotel features authentic sulfur hot springs and beautiful scenery. Dinner and breakfast are purchased using hotel coupons. Since the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, all food must be heated in the microwave. If you're staying there, consider buying your own food before bringing it to the hotel. We bought some sashimi and ate in our room. The hotel coupons can be used to purchase any food and drinks."

Wellness Forest Nasu ★★★★★
"I thought it might be a little late, but I went to see the autumn leaves in Nasu, and since I was there, I decided to stay overnight. So, I stayed at Wellness Forest Nasu. The facility is old, but everything seemed to be kept clean. Scratches and dents were understandable, and it did show a bit of age. Amenity services are labor-saving, so you have to bring what you need from the lobby, as is the current trend, but the amenities themselves were not cheap. I sometimes hurt myself with a shaver at cheap business hotels, but I could have prevented that with a little care (lol). Overall, I had a good impression of the bath (private reservations available), dining room, staff, and cost. I ate out for dinner, so I can't speak for myself, but the breakfast had a wide variety, which was a challenge for my husband, who is a picky eater. Perhaps the timing was good, as I was able to enjoy the private bath and also soak in the large public bath, both indoors and outdoors, to soothe my fatigue. The north wind was strong on the day we stayed, and we parked on the north side of the road, so although we knew this would be difficult, it was still a struggle to remove the dead pine leaves from our car the next morning."

Nasu Sunlight Hotel ★★★★
"My friend's family and I stayed here for a golf trip, occupying two rooms for a total of four people. We were extremely satisfied with everything: the meals, guest rooms, views, facilities, and of course, the golf course. However, what was truly unacceptable was a staff member using a handheld vacuum cleaner on the table next to us while we were still dining during dinner. It completely spoiled our lovely meal and the entire dining experience. It's such a shame, especially since everything else was so satisfying. I strongly believe the staff needs better training on dining etiquette and awareness, especially when it comes to food and guest experience."
