The owner of the hotel is very reliable to help me solve the trouble of asking for money by taxi (if the plane arrives, please let the hotel pick up the airport, the price of 15 dollars is not overcharged at all!), and when I left, he helped me get Uber not asking for money! The hotel staff is very friendly and will often ask me if I need help and I can help! The most amazing thing about the hotel is the terrace, the superb sphinx and pyramid view! ! ! The only thing that needs to be improved is the network signal in my room. It needs to go to the left half to get the signal. Breakfast is a local meal and I am not used to it.
The room is consistent with the picture! Stayed for one night and enjoyed the light show on the terrace at night! You can book with the boss if you need travel items! The entrance to the pyramid and the ticket window are downstairs!
When I left, the boss asked me to store my luggage in his hotel in the Egyptian Museum, where I could rest and drink tea. The view was amazing! The building is very old, but the decoration inside is comfortable (picture 4, picture 5, picture 6)

The room is very new and clean, and the location is first-class. As soon as you go out, you will find the entrance of the pyramid, and its super pyramid view terrace. It is definitely the most recommended priority. I have breakfast on this terrace and enjoy the pyramid under the morning light. Or eating dinner with a free pyramid light show, is full of happiness at the moment, although the price of the meal is generally high, but with its super pyramid landscape, I think everything is worth it! ๏ฟผ

I actually travelled October of 2022, but the system wouldnโt let let select that. I travelled alone to Giza for a few days before joining a group in Luxor. This hotel was wonderful. I wanted a place near the pyramids and I even had a view of them from my bed! I contacted the hotel before my arrival to let them know that I have Celiac and would need gluten-free food. They assured me that they could accommodate me, and when I arrived they touched base with me to assure again. Breakfasts were included and they made sure I had lots to eat (while sitting on a terrace overlooking the pyramids ๐.) I booked a tour with them as well and had a great day, they alerted the restaurant that we went to for lunch about my gluten-free needs as well. For my private tour, they arranged a trip to the museum, a perfume place, a camel ride around the pyramids, visiting the pyramids and the great sphinx. It was fantastic! Just be forewarned, there is no elevator, but they will carry your bags. The rooms are modern, very clean, and have everything you need. I have recommended this hotel to several people already.

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

If you wanna wake up with a fantastic pyramid view then this is the right place, but don't expect much from the hotel,
The guys at the reception will try to sell you overpriced tours to the pyramids that are absolutely not necessary, guides can't entry the pyramids, so you will have a person only rushing you around, just buy the 2 tickets in front of the hotel and you will be perfectly fine, uber works perfectly in Cairo.

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe.
Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best.
Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that.

Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).

The hotel is simply gorgeous ๐ฅ All the furniture is new (the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are orthopedic), the view from the window is simply gorgeous, and the restaurant on the roof is something else! I was also pleasantly surprised by the service, all the hotel staff are very hospitable, they help with everything! To the point that they can go to the store with you if you donโt know the area, order food, etc. Itโs a 7-minute taxi ride to the pyramids, very close. I recommend the hotel, my husband and I were delighted!

Hereโs a more enthusiastic version: The hotel was absolutely fantastic if you're looking for something simple yet charming! They offered free WiFi and delicious breakfasts. I was so surprised when they went out of their way to liaise with my dad to arrange a birthday cake for meโsuch a sweet gesture! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were happy. And if you want to stay close to the Giza Pyramids and enjoy a breathtaking view while having breakfast, this is the perfect spot! Huge thanks to everyone for making our stay so memorable, especially Mustafa, the big boss, who ensured everything ran smoothly. We miss you all already! Highly recommended to anyone visitingโthis hotel is a gem! Big hugs to everyone ๐๐๐
GGuest UserWe loved this place; it's a bit no frills, but the location is awesome, the terrasse too (although a bit cold during our stay: must be paradise in Summer!) and at least our room was extremely big, silent and clean, with good beds. Breakfast was good, specially all things considered (price and location). For Cairo Pass wannabe clients only: this property is on the south entrance of the site, and the pass needs to be bought at the north...You will need an Uber to go! Otherwise the entrance is really closeby :) The room was clean, the breakfast area - sink not that much... We would go back without hesitation!
GGuest UserGreat family run guest house. Helpful owner and staff. Peaceful at night. Great views when having breakfast and in the evening. Very authentic. We stayed 2 nights to visit the pyramids and the museum. The host was great about us checking in in the night. Helped us sort out taxis into the city and generally made us feel at home.
This hotel does what it says. Itโs opposite the entrance to the pyramids and the view is outstanding. I arranged a pick up from the hotel and it was so reassuring having someone there to greet me. My room wasnโt quite ready so I was sent to the rooftop bar for breakfast. This was outstanding. Probably enough food for five people. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The room is fine. I never had hot water but I probably didnโt really need it. Would recommend
GGuest UserHad a great stay here,
nine pyramids is a safe place with friendly people and a perfect location in front of the pyramids.
my favorite part was the rooftop with a wonderful view over the desert and the pyramids.
If ill come back to egypt, that is where i gonna stay!
shoutout to sherein at the reception :)
GGuest UserWe traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. We live on the third floor, we can see the pyramids from the balcony, and the open-air eyesight on the fourth floor is wider. The hotel service is also very good, free airport pick-up service and welcome drink. In addition, because we bought a lot of crystals, they promised to keep them for us and send them to the airport. They are super enthusiastic!
Llucila Del Rosario RomeroStaying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I hope to see all of you soon INCHALLAH ๐ชด๐
CCynthia TerryI book in hotel Best view I'm from California USA I booked 4 nights and I really enjoyed my time there I m solo travel and immediately the hotel staff were willing to help, They made me feel like home The location is great you can drink you coffee or cocktails facing the Pyramid I recommend this Hotel LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Thank You again Expedia and hotel staff Expedia for You hotel recomendation
้้ๅพทๆฝBooked on Ctrip, checkin the same day, the waiter didn't receive my order and asked me to resubmit $ 20 to rebook. Find Ctrip to deal with, Ctrip is very enthusiastic and has repeatedly confirmed that the communication with the booking agent is paid and no further payment is required. After communicating for one morning, I decided to refund the order and go to another hotel for reservation. As a result, when the waiter saw that I was going to die, he refused to pay an additional 20 dollars and immediately made a mistake at 180 degrees. Let me live right away. I'm drunk too. The people here have a deep routine. The instant impression is down. The only advantage of this hotel is that the sunset of the pyramid can take the horizon, and the rest of the facilities can not be complimented. Recommend this hotel for the second night (Pyramid Valley Boutique Hotel). The facilities are very good, and the waiter boss is enthusiastic. The boss's son also invited me to drink Coke at night, free of charge. Focus on helping him promote it. The most important thing when traveling is to be honest and not pit each other. Pictures are from pyramides valley. Hygiene is much better than this one. Bringing a girl is not recommended to stay in this hotel, take it to the bottom of the Golden Tower ...
