Very convenient because it has a shopping mall The hotel is clean but the rooms are a bit small. The breakfast is good and the restaurant staff are friendly

I had multiple issue with them 1) they try to charge me more tax when I am not suppose to pay tax as I don’t leave in Colombia 2) they was an insect in the bread at breakfast 3) there and a black worm in my pillow 4) they gave me such a hard time because I ask to let my mother law and father go up to my room for a couple of minutes to give some gift I brought them

The service is great, property is nice, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious.
