Beautiful hotel in the most beautiful area of the world I stayed in the hotel for a week and could have stayed longer. Check-in was quick, and the young lady was pleasant and helpful. They gave us a picnic bag as the restaurant had closed and it was late when we arrived The rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. There was just enough hanging space for me and my daughter to put our clothes. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels, too. Amazing shower The food is delicious and a great selection and different theme every evening. They cater for all dietary requirements, and I found plenty to eat even though I have a gluten-free diet . The rooftop bar is great and has the most amazing views. There is plenty of choice on the all-inclusive menu. The marina bar in the lobby is a great bar and a great area to chill out throughout the day if you get too hot . The bar staff are all friendly and helpful and speak extremely good English. Luca is adorable and very hard working There's plenty of places to sunbathe but you have to be quick to get near the pool and like every hotel people put towels on beds and then wander off for ages . You have to pay for the safe which I did but find it annoying when keeping your valuables safe comes at a cost. There's a iron , and ironing board and kettle in the room too. The walk to old town is approximately 10 mins but wear comfortable shoes.

Nice looking hotel in a great location. Nice rooms, cleaned every day. Great bar staff and good choice of alcoholic drinks. Chefs were friendly and the food was Ok. Easy walk to the beach and to the old town. Bus service to Sunny Beach and plenty of excursions. A few bad points that did not really bother us: Hotel needs a little repainting and new carpets in the corridor. The young restaurant staff do not talk to you. The pool is very small so we did not use it. There were Swedish guests who pushed in front of you to get into the lifts when you were stood in front of them waiting. The Swedish obviously think they are better than the British. All other nationalities were very friendly and polite.
