A place to avoid. Not worth the cost. Service is terrible: no hot water nor aircon unless you ask for it (provided you know you have to ask). Personnel treats you like a walking wallet. Manager tries to make money on everything you ask. Lift not working most of the time, … i could keep going but better stop here. Look for something else if you want to stay in Pahargangj area.

This place is terrible, the staff make up their own things. There is management laying down on the reception sofa and then there is staff sleeping in the staircases. Was going to stay here for 3 nights but couldn’t bare it and left to stay at the best western darbar across the road.
