The Metropolitan Hotel & Spa New Delhi

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were large and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the room, including a kettle, and water was refilled regularly and in ample supply. The bathroom had all the essentials: dental kits, shower gel, soap, shampoo, and body lotion. We used the laundry service, which was fast and good quality. The hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing; it was expensive, and one of us was served spoiled ramen. They did apologize profusely and didn't charge us for it, though. I wasn't keen on the coffee at breakfast – it was instant, not from a coffee machine. For our early check-out, they packed us very tasty and generous lunch boxes. The pool area isn't huge, but it's quite nice. Overall, the hotel is decent and pleasant, and the staff are very professional.
